not a speedrun, but i've just finished my own no upgrades (except for the 1 heart for the door) challenge. it was a slog for me but it was fun nonetheless
The master sword (in this case the glitched one from the intro) has a light hum when it's powered up and I used a different glitch to stack 8 master swords in Link's hand so the normally light hum is 8x louder.
So like a week or 2 ago it was discovered that you can throw a fan capsule (which has collision) onto a zonai device (which normally activates it) except it's near a golem that tells you you need the battery, so he gives it to you
He drops a wing device down to where the construct is that triggers him getting the battery cutscene so that he gets the battery without having to go down and visit the construct.
I need a weapon with 1 durability so that I can transfer that to the msg not found sword. If the msg not found sword is on 1 durability then it permanently deals 2x damage because the game thinks it's about to break but the sword itself doesn't use durability.

@1:51:02 how did you shoot bomb arrows? aren't they supposed to explode immediately in your hands at this burning temperature?
If you're in bullet time I believe it doesn't blow up. I think using sidon's ability also allows it like how it prevents burn damage for a while.
