I have no idea how many videos I have watched on wrestling. At least1000. This is one of the very, very best out there.

Nice work coach- watching to teach my JV newbies. Always helpful to watch a great coach and take some notes before I go coach the same. Solid work

Yeah buddy today we were working a little bit on that step down and then spin around. Try usually go to staff them down and then I go to an arm drag over the top. We started working on timing so when someone steps and the other lake comes up I’m shooting Working on going in a circular position and then taking the shots off perfect presence! I started working on a take down, going to a ball and chain and then working on going into a cradle then working on what I call is a crunch cradle, and then also looking at it in a jujitsu way when I do that I simply go back to the lake and I pick up the bars and ankle locks in it so much of a good thing

Pushing with the head instead of the arms. I will definitely be working on that. Would you do anything different for bjj or mma, especially on a snap down?

If they put their hands on you, no problem. You'll have to analyze the striking possibilities which we do not take into account in wrestling.

It's definitely useful. Anything grappling can be used from style to style because you're controlling someone. This is the way I wrestle. I didn't come from a wrestling background, but snap downs and arm drags give me a lot of tools to wrestle from my feet. And I don't have to shoot for the legs. I save energy.

The go behind is in my opinion the most effective and easiest way to score from the feet.
