    One of the coolest things about wrestling today is the ability to review film and respond. 25 years ago, the only way you could scout it to be in a tournament with a guy or to go and watch passively. Incredible period in adjustment and I guarantee the world will be ready next world championships! Ono will have to come up with something new!

    Just tried this out with my older brother who doesn’t wrestle, figured out i needed to have my arm on the inside of his and now i can hit it like butter! thanks Mr Micic 💯💯🔥🔥

    Otoguro also have a similar workout with snap and misdirection go behind ,forced his oponentes to post both arms on the ground ,l

      Otoguro does this thing where he grabs the thumb block wrist before you can post then throws it away

    Good video! Glad you have a YT channel and I hope when the time is right you work with the church to get more Serbian kids in the US wrestling. It’s always been surprising to me how few we have in the sport especially since a wrestler’s lifestyle is so similar to a life in the faith

    Something else: his body whip combines downward and rotational elements, and his collar elbow is pointing ACROSS his body, sending Blaze not only down, but to the left. Lots of torque, creating an angle, all with those elements combined

    Conclusion part is so true, took my about 8 months to really learn to pull of the slide-by and with all it details. My advice would be to write down the progress: what details worked for you and what did you observe from other ppl successfuly pulling it off

    also takuto otoguro created a systeme of a snapdown to single, and he hit it to aliyev at the tokio 2020 final

    It’s more the torque from the trunk rotation. Thumb block has less bite, and the increased torque adds to the snaps power

    Out of topic but Ono is written similar to "One" and sounds similar to "Uno" which in both cases means "1" in their respective language (English & spanish). Maybe he will be the number "Ono" of his generation

    Great Video. I have a question: I‘m left footed and around 70kg (154lbs). Are there any high class wrestlers around my weightclass who are left footed aswell? Or in general, are there any left footed wrestlers who i can analyze?

      hmm there are alot of top lefties ! youll definity come across some if you watch some of the top ranked wrestlers in the world! theres always at least 2 per weight class. Lefties are always great ;)
