I have a question if your hair falls out and it has white bulbs does that mean balding? Because on google it tells me it’s the telogen phase and I have a risk of going bald but then theirs another site that says I won’t go bald and I shouldn’t worry
If it runs in the family and you are otherwise healthy then it could be male pattern baldness. More likely if you are mid 20’s/30 and also important to remember that we shed hair all the time and makes will recede/thin to a natural degree over the years.
I'm a really insecure person. I really want to do this. But I'm terrified about going out when I've done it. Have you any advice for plucking up the courage to shave my head and go out? Thanks for all your great work mate.
Ryan grow a short beard bro it will look awesome. If you can't try peppermint oil it is even more potent than minoxidil but the most don't believe it bcuz it is natural. Nice jawline btw (no homo).
Ur killing the look bro. Congrats. U look like the Mr. Clean guy lol I know u can pull chicks with the bald head. And maybe I can too. But shit.....its so hard to let it go 😣 I was known for having super good hair.

They are. I’m already bald and have accepted it now and am happier for it but I still feel therapy from these videos as my biggest issue was losing it at only 21 and seeing so many others who had to go through it at that age has helped a lot
The channel makes me wanna cry man. I over the past few years have accepted it for myself. Because trust I’ve tried everything, Castor Oil all the hair growth products, teas, going vegan, fasting, praying, manifesting, “getting into the consciousness”, visualizing all this for years and realize it just is what it is. The crazy thing most of these men look so handsome as they are bald. I swear it’s like we live in a society that keeps pushing products and materials to get us to look like everything besides how we naturally are.
I did the same, I have been loosing my hair slowly for 12 years, its been a slow process but over time it only gets worse. I took so many pills, shampoos, oils, massages. None of it worked to regrow my hair, at best maybe it slowed the process a bit but in the end I lost the battle and had to accept it. I shave my head with clippers every 3 days or so, and i feel alot better.
This video is great! I've been watching all the bald cafe videos for the last couple of years. I buzzed my hair in Feb this year and as one guy says in the video it takes time, I feel identified with all these guys and I appreciate their honest feelings on this topic. I'll look at bald guys like me differently from now on. It seems all of them have gone through this. I am still accepting it and this video give me much more confidence and I feel understood and not unique. This is normal and it's part of our life. Thanks mate to create this channel and to work so hard to make feel us much better. You're a therapy. Thanks to you and all the guys participating to this channel.

Been lurking on this channel since the end of 2018, back when my hair was already well into the process of receeding whilst still being at the stage where I could hide it. Since lockdown I just thought fuck it i'm going to shave it and see how it goes and I can honestly say that I won't go back to growing it out. Your channel has been a huge inspiration in my decision along with the guys that come on here and share their experiences. Thank you.
I think this channel is amazing!! Definitely helps me accept accept balding on a daily and really I’m just appreciating the hair I have left and working slowly on accepting the fact the day will come soon! Keep up the amazing work Harry and believe you’re helping way more people than you know!
I think I just learn how to deal with it. I hit the gym. Found a hobby. Hang out and always show happiness regardless of how I feel. And focusing on my career. But I’m far away from accepting it. I would look definitely better like I was before this curse
Harry thank you for all you do, you have helped all of us guys feel at peace 🕊️ about taking our hair off and you have changed lives and no words can be used to thank you enough. 🤝
U guys are really lucky, the best thing is support from others, my hair is been thining and while I don’t have any bald spots I can always see my scalp and I always would have to get special haircuts to basically hide the fact that I’m balding, and I’ll be honest they do work(for now) but it always bothers. I did the buzz cut look and I really like it, sucks I don’t get the support but I honestly think I look a lot cleaner and better this way
I used to spend 5 minutes shampooing/conditioning my hair and another 5 minutes styling it. That translates to a little over 60 hours per year spent worrying about my hair, that’s 2.5 days or 3.75 days of time awake that I spent on my hair every year. Being bald is great, bald guys get almost an extra 4 days per year just from not worrying about hair!
I'm 22 now, balding since 18 i guess, not sure if i was really balding at that time, but now i'm sure i am. I do have lots of hair, but there are points in my head that i can see receiding. At the beginning until, i don't know, 5 months ago, i was really upset about it, cause i do have a really nice hair, but since 19 or so, i buzz my head once a year to get more comfortable with the idea. Now, in quarantine, i buzzed it again and decided to keep it that way, even though i still have hair, like i said. I have a good shape of head so its not that big of a deal, but it was really hard to accept it. The hardest thing is being afraid of what people may think, but i'm getting throught it, fuck what they think.i'm actually thinking about doing a time lapse of it going away
Ever since I was a kid I rocked the bald fade with a nice line up. I'm 27 now and was balding bad in the front and basically had no visible hair line. So I said fuck it! I bic my head everyday now and feel fresh, clean and SEXY! THANK YOU EVERYONE AND THANK YOU HARRY!! Bald Gang!!
I have so much respect for young men who’ve shaved their head or were balding. Especially if you’re 16-21 I honestly couldn’t even imagine how I would feel so much respect
Congrats man.. I'm 43 and I always kept my hair cut super close.. Glad you looked in that mirror and gave yourselfa pat on the back and just moved on and still living life 👍
Well at 44 I wouldn’t give a fuck, try it at 24 when all the girls are so focused on looks. If you’re ugly, they won’t even give you the time of day. I guess it doesn’t matter at the end of the day though, because at the same time if someone is that focused on looks then maybe they aren’t really worth it in the end
I haven't seen a single video where a guy looks worse after shaving their head. I used to freak out when I went to the barbers and they had taken too much off and my ex boss used to take the piss by saying I had a combover. Trust me I was on internet dating sites for a while and a bald head does not put the women off ;)
I've been buzzing and shaving my head off and on and I had huge hangups about going bald but over the past year i have been able to realize that i actually look good bald and I used to it now...I started losing it about ten years ago and even when it looked like I had thick hair I was spending hours combing and putting stuff like topic to look good. I noticed my hair getting thinner and depending on the light I would look like I was completely bald. I took the plunge and I am one of those distinguished bald guys now
Dude I been watching you everyday to help with me losing hair. Honestly I’m so scared to cut bald lol but I am tired of wearing these damn hats this is probably one of the hardest things in my life to cope with.
Maybe an easy way to try and accept it is, just cut it closer and closer. Instead of going with a complete shave off.. Start taking a little bit down, if that helps.
I did the hat route for many years and it's only torturing yourself, You start to convince yourself you can't go from hat guy to bald guy lol try this........buzz your hair off with zero guard and go for a long walk starting with your hat on and then take it off every so often and then eventually decide which way you want to live your life, I'd also recommend the Remington RX5 for a simple really close cut without committing to a razor 👍🏻
Harry, because of you I threw away my finasteride and shaved my head. These videos are a reminder for me to never mess with that awful drug again and just accept me for me. So much thanks man.
I shave my head regularly and I like it. In the '80's I had long hair as I was into singing rock. At 34 my hair started falling out, and yes there was some silly behaviour with mirrors, every shampoo in the shop, baldness "remedies" which of course didn't work, and photos of my head, because I thought I couldn't be a singer without the image. Then it hit me, I've lost my hair not my voice, and today I realise there are far worse things for a man to lose than his hair. So now I'm happy, and free of all the grief and stress. Just do it, it's cool.
Yoo good stuff guys! Yesterday i shaved my head and im 18. Basically im pretty sure ive been balding or showing signs of it for many years and i had by hair down to my shoulders and it was a big jump, but once i did it it wasnt too bad. Still miss the old hair, but its not that bad and my gf loves it.
I got convinced to get a hair transplant. It was hardly enough graft and hairs for my hair loss. I wish I would of just shaved my head bald in first place. Now it's worse stuck with and fut scar. Just hoping it fades and get a tattoo cover up. Worst decision ever had so much depression and self esteem issues over just the scar and felt suicidal. I know I will get over this.
I am balding. But I love what one of the men said here. " I realized how insignificant this is in the grander scheme of things." and yeah, bald men are hot. :D
I started balding and my hairline receding when I was 20 I just started shaving it every day I never covered it with hats or anything like that I accepted it not easy I am still Self-conscious about it but it is what it is do it move on over time you’ll just be like fuck it #baldheadgang 💪🏻
Been balding for about 5 years or more I've got a very noticeable bald patch in the crown area and I've been very self conscious about it , I'm 30 now and feel like it's time to just accept it and shave it off thanks for the video feeling confident it's time !
I started balding early and hated it since I had long hair. Eventually I saw it as an opportunity to get a hairstyle I've admired since childhood, the Queue! 👊🏽💢
Like many insecurities people have nobody really cares about you going bald. At least way less then you do yourself. I used to get my hair cut to 3mm every couple of weeks for a few years. But then I decided it was time and got it all off and wet shaved it the next day. 0 negative reactions from family, friends, co-workers. And like all the guys in the vids on this channel I look better bald than balding.
How come a buzzed hair (fully or not fully) does look better on balding men than normal hair? My hair was thinning although I have still hair on top and I have a 3mm haircut and everybody has told me I look better like that its so strange :D thanks again Baldcafe!
I have full hair because I started the treatment for baldness with finasteride from 23 to 29 years(today). I took a break once for almost a year, the break made my hair started to thin and my front base became thinner and thinner. Because of that i start taking again, that made all lost hair grow back. I would like to stop taking finasteride because I have symptoms of depression, back pain and low urine flow that I associate with finasteride, but without any sexual problem. I also have doubts if it influenced my metabolism, because before 23 I had a lot of ease to lose weight and gain muscles. In my last 2 years I went from 69 kg to 85, where with great difficulty I lost weight to 81, even training 3 times a week and sometimes doing intermittent fasting. My wife is not understanding about me losing my hair, because she does not consider that these side effects are from finasteride, but rather resulting from age. What makes it difficult for me to accept being bald.
Learn to love yourself and take care of yourself as your most important thing is what I would say honestly brother. Live for yourself and your mission first and you’ll be able to give your best self to other people around you that way. Listen you what you really want.
@tompesci i like that one .. his pep talk stands out for me . I am also going bald .and i accepted it a long time ago, cause i know it's worth less to worry about it . Sometimes it gets me.. but it's just basic worries innit..
Guys what should i do if my head and forehead are too big and cutting my hair with 1 grade is kinda hard to accept If u guys have a big forehead how u got over shaving?
@@Baldcafe my barber told me i can get a buzz cut cuz my forehead even is a little wider, will be an advantage But every day in my life i live with a little fringe only because of forehead and we all know by time we are thinning and get the M shape head is kinda hard to get a good density all over the forehead Probably this summer i will try
I think prolly the biggest thing for balding guys is the age that it happens, mines started at 18 I can tell you for a fact that I guarantee u that if I started balding at like 35 or hell even 30 my reaction would have been very different then 18 hell I prollly wouldn’t care and just move on after I shaved but being young and balding can reck havoc on ur mental
Thank you I’m being required by my job to shave my head I’m a woman and I don’t and I’m not balding but I am required to cut my hair and for me it’s an instant in sudden trauma beyond comprehension my vanity is extreme and it’s basic human nature to want to be normal and be part of normal society and like you said worrying about what other people think but still being pressured to cut off my hair it’s very short now it was down to my boat about my nipples before now it’s like up around my on my neck it’s very short already but it’s needing to be shorter and I really am resisting this I’m in a lot of pain extreme vanity extreme rebellion and hearing the courage of you guys dealing with your hair loss and you know I don’t know if I’m required to they keep saying shorter shorter shorter so it just keeps like I’ve been seeing pictures of ball headed people so I assume that maybe that’s what they want me to do as well but regardless whether it’s short or bald it’s still a trauma to me and it’s still very very painful and I really appreciate the courage with which you guys spoke which gave me a little bit of relief in a little bit of help and I’m very grateful thank you I’ll watch some more. 🥺🙂🥶😱👉👨🏼🦲
I shaved my thinning hair when i joined the army at 18,and shaved my head through all the army period, people always thought it looks good on me so i accepted it very fast.Be confident guys, just shave it off and never look back the feeling is amazing.
I’m going to be honest about this . I admittedly have lost some game since going full smooth dome. I was using toppik and other stuff and it was just a hassle . My casual flirting receives non existent or Luke warm reception nowadays and has me a little sad I won’t lie ..hehe. Now the females in the drive through that would be like “Heyyyy you”” are like hello sir .. also people at work are like grow your hair back it looks better .lol I’’m either going to just continue to grapple and accept going to Turkey for that Fue..
This is the unfortunate truth. I'm also bald and share your pain. People do notice and some will use it to make fun of you. It totally destroys any previous attention you use to get from females. It sucks. And why does a bald scalp have to make things extra worse by being so shiny too??
I've decided that my course of action will be rogaine, very low dose fin, dermarolling, an improved diet, and drinking alot of water. Yeah, ill have to keep using the rogaine and this is true, but not forever. Im not taking these drugs forever, and I will stop them if I get sides. I'm hoping I will be like the majority of men, who don't get sides and stop thier hair loss. I pray I can get some regrowth too, but if I can just maintain where I am, it doesn't look too bad at the right length. Meanwhile, ill just start saving a few bucks weekly for a hair transplant. 10 bucks a week. That's 520 a yr. Save for 4-5 years and boom, ill have enough to get the transplant. I won't even notice 10 bucks a week. That's nothing to save. I'm 24 and I'm willing to do what it takes to keep my hair until I'm in my 30s 40s. I don't need to have hair for the rest of my lifetime, but I want hair until I am married with kids. Then I will let it go. Being bald is okay at any age. It really is. But its way better when it happens later. Not at 24 yrs old. When I'm at the age where 40-50% of men are receding too, then ill be cool with it. But right now, I know like 200 people my age and only 2-3 of them is bald. I already have MS and I already feel different enough. I don't want to be the bald MS guy at 24.
Hey men, what can a woman say to a balding man to make him know she doesn't care that he's balding? And that his personality is way more important than something so fickle like balding... Great video.
Yea aint noway i accept my receding hairline i aint have a solid beard at 30 even haha I get a dermaroller fix my sleep pattern and my diet and workout massaging my scalp Genetics is not ur destiny dont give up guys take the right action

I did the buzz cut look and I really like it, sucks I don’t get the support but I honestly think I look a lot cleaner and better this way
You´ve come to the right place bro.
Bruno Coelho do it Bro would be interesting
I’d do a time lapse too, but I hated how I looked so I never took pictures of myself ever. Tbh even with hair I guess too.
Hello, I am a big fan of you, recently I shaved my head after watching your video and I am feeling good..
Bald Gang!!
Thanks you for making this video man.
I have so much respect for young men who’ve shaved their head or were balding. Especially if you’re 16-21 I honestly couldn’t even imagine how I would feel so much respect
First, My father has bald look. Now I accepted mine and I'm happy
Good for you man!
I have shaved my head since 2009. I'm not kidding when I say I have 0% hang up about being bald.
The Last Guitar Hero how is it going with the Girls bro
.
I shaved mine all off today. Remington quick cut and then wet shave. Made it to 44.
Mr October you won’t regret it
@@nogymforyourface49 Haha, no thanks. I prefer the Full Yul (Brynner).
Congrats man.. I'm 43 and I always kept my hair cut super close.. Glad you looked in that mirror and gave yourselfa pat on the back and just moved on and still living life 👍
@@nogymforyourface49 Why not keep it clean? Of course you can rock it, if you like it.
Trust me I was on internet dating sites for a while and a bald head does not put the women off ;)
Inspiring! Thank you guys for sharing and you all look great btw!
I took the plunge and I am one of those distinguished bald guys now
Very inspiring video. Keep up the good work 👍👍
Always 🤝 thanks for watching
You're a legend Harry!
@@Ki77a_WhSpRz yes, that's what I've done. Went to a grade 2 last night and I love it! I wish I could bring myself to do it years ago!
Thanks for y’all advice I appreciate it I’m gonna take that step and give it a try
Same here ...shaved it off and never looked back 💪😊.
Feels so comfortable never spend to much time in the mirror.❤
Harry, because of you I threw away my finasteride and shaved my head. These videos are a reminder for me to never mess with that awful drug again and just accept me for me. So much thanks man.
Nothing more peaceful than just being your absolute self and running with it. 🤝
💪 when you accept balding is natural, not a disease and nothing to be ashamed of, you're free.
It is a disease
@@TheTruthFadeswithTime28 No.
im so glad i buzzed it and only wish i did it sooner. i've never felt better about myself.
Preach man. I can relate 100%
LOVE THIS!!! Well done guys 👊😎
We got to accept what we can't control just don't let your fear of loosing hair cost you your self confidence!
Proud of you man! I went through the same thing about 6 months ago and I’m 22! It only gets better with more time :)
Great video Harry! Thanks.
Great vids man , I’m bout to make the change but tryin to get the right stuff... any buzzers u recommend to do buzz cut before using the head shaved?
Yo the first guy looks like he could be the next big time rapper. He’s got a sick vibe
A moment that you have learned from and can take on to the next challenge. You absolutely can get over it and I wish you the very best.
I am balding. But I love what one of the men said here. " I realized how insignificant this is in the grander scheme of things." and yeah, bald men are hot. :D
well done everyone well done harry very useful video
I started balding and my hairline receding when I was 20 I just started shaving it every day I never covered it with hats or anything like that I accepted it not easy I am still Self-conscious about it but it is what it is do it move on over time you’ll just be like fuck it #baldheadgang 💪🏻
Been balding for about 5 years or more I've got a very noticeable bald patch in the crown area and I've been very self conscious about it , I'm 30 now and feel like it's time to just accept it and shave it off thanks for the video feeling confident it's time !
Did you do it? I’m 29 and receding pretty bad
@@georgeyboy8186Yes I did it I felt better immediately after getting the head shaved no regrets 🙂
@@MaddirishMan nice one. I’m still building up to it 😅
Good video, just accept who u are .Well done .
Thanks
Well done everyone 👍
Gteat idea and great video as always. Thanks man.
absolute legends :)
This is awesome salut mates
thankyou baldcafe!
Thank you 👍
I started balding early and hated it since I had long hair. Eventually I saw it as an opportunity to get a hairstyle I've admired since childhood, the Queue! 👊🏽💢
Very motivated ❤️👍
Great Channel !
“Party on the back...nothing on top” my favourite line haha! Love this video man great job 🤟🏻glad I could be apart of it.
Great videos guys.
thank you so much for this video!!!!
My pleasure
Like many insecurities people have nobody really cares about you going bald. At least way less then you do yourself. I used to get my hair cut to 3mm every couple of weeks for a few years. But then I decided it was time and got it all off and wet shaved it the next day. 0 negative reactions from family, friends, co-workers. And like all the guys in the vids on this channel I look better bald than balding.
Well done guys
Great work guys .....still wondering how Jason statum rocks on shaved head
Shaved my head a couple months ago , wish I could grow a beard like all these guys though
They all look good
Love how Keeps ads all over BaldCafe
How come a buzzed hair (fully or not fully) does look better on balding men than normal hair? My hair was thinning although I have still hair on top and I have a 3mm haircut and everybody has told me I look better like that its so strange :D thanks again Baldcafe!
because its just the better of two evils.
We're bald and proud !!!
The only thing stopping me from going bald is razor bumps. I still havent found a way to stop them from appearing days after a fresh cut
Guys what should i do if my head and forehead are too big and cutting my hair with 1 grade is kinda hard to accept
If u guys have a big forehead how u got over shaving?
Honestly man you probably don’t have a big forehead.its way overthought
@@Baldcafe my barber told me i can get a buzz cut cuz my forehead even is a little wider, will be an advantage
But every day in my life i live with a little fringe only because of forehead and we all know by time we are thinning and get the M shape head is kinda hard to get a good density all over the forehead
Probably this summer i will try
31 and I've lost 2/3 of my hair...almost time to shave it off..still looks somewhat ok with a buzz cut so i have a little time left.
I'm not balding but shave my head every week or so. Still sometimes insecure about my asymmetrical head shape though.
nice one guys
U r doing a great job
I think prolly the biggest thing for balding guys is the age that it happens, mines started at 18 I can tell you for a fact that I guarantee u that if I started balding at like 35 or hell even 30 my reaction would have been very different then 18 hell I prollly wouldn’t care and just move on after I shaved but being young and balding can reck havoc on ur mental
I have a receding hairline and I got tired of it, so I bought a head shaver and went bald and kept my beard, went to work and felt so confident (:
Great start to the new year. Congratulations man 🤝
Thank you I’m being required by my job to shave my head I’m a woman and I don’t and I’m not balding but I am required to cut my hair and for me it’s an instant in sudden trauma beyond comprehension my vanity is extreme and it’s basic human nature to want to be normal and be part of normal society and like you said worrying about what other people think but still being pressured to cut off my hair it’s very short now it was down to my boat about my nipples before now it’s like up around my on my neck it’s very short already but it’s needing to be shorter and I really am resisting this I’m in a lot of pain extreme vanity extreme rebellion and hearing the courage of you guys dealing with your hair loss and you know I don’t know if I’m required to they keep saying shorter shorter shorter so it just keeps like I’ve been seeing pictures of ball headed people so I assume that maybe that’s what they want me to do as well but regardless whether it’s short or bald it’s still a trauma to me and it’s still very very painful and I really appreciate the courage with which you guys spoke which gave me a little bit of relief in a little bit of help and I’m very grateful thank you I’ll watch some more. 🥺🙂🥶😱👉👨🏼🦲
I shaved my thinning hair when i joined the army at 18,and shaved my head through all the army period, people always thought it looks good on me so i accepted it very fast.Be confident guys, just shave it off and never look back the feeling is amazing.
Doing my final chop today 6/17/21
Bro what happened did you do the hair transplant?
Hey men, what can a woman say to a balding man to make him know she doesn't care that he's balding? And that his personality is way more important than something so fickle like balding...
Great video.
After I cut my head bald the ones that laughed behind my back, waited till I cut my hair first to come forward, after I made my decision
Yea aint noway i accept my receding hairline i aint have a solid beard at 30 even haha
I get a dermaroller fix my sleep pattern and my diet and workout massaging my scalp
Genetics is not ur destiny dont give up guys take the right action
