Superb athlete and from what i know he’s an equally good human being, which says a lot. NFL coaching will fix what need to be fixed. The team that will draft him as the face of their franchise will probably never regret it.
And we get to see him starting today at the Senior Bowl. If he can look good in a non-RPO offensive scheme this week and saturday he should be a 1st rounder in late april 👍
He just needs to take fewer steps when throwing. His hip rotation is awesome tho. We still don't know if you can run a short passing game with him. But with his athleticism, his team could be competitive enough with him that he'll have time to develop that aspect of his game.
Solid arm strength, good touch, excellent running vision. Throws some dimes on the run that few QBs even try to fit in, let alone make. He's not as fast as a Vick or Lamar but shows good instincts. Footwork is all over the place and he rarely goes beyond his first progression; he was likely asked to read one half of the field and bail if nothing was there. Boom or bust guy, needs to sit a year and learn a pro style offense and how to work his footwork in the pocket. don't know his character or makeup but I love his style of QB and hope he succeeds in the NFL ❤
Actually he's just as fast as Vick, possibly even faster now. Vick ran a 4.33 at the combine. Willis ran a 4.37 as a sophomore. Be interesting to see another official 40 but in-game I'd say he's spot on. The speeds identical, very agile, his jukes might not quite be like Vicks, but seems to be pretty close. The passes this guy's makes though are something special. Im a newfound fan, but what I've been seeing so far is just wow.
good assess, his running ability and arm talent are NFL level. if he goes to the right team who can develop him he has one of the most upsides of any QB in the draft.
He’s probably the same speed as Vick and a little slower then Lamar, he’s probably about 6’0 215 maybe a little bit shorter or taller, but he’s as strong as 240 pound, qb this guy is a video game character with his athleticism and arm strength, if he really puts in the work in the film room than he very well could be a top 3 scrambling qb in the league
Reminds me a ton of Russell Wilson, similar build and mobility, can extend plays and break tackles, a master of the deep pass with lovely touch. Really hope the Lions get him
Super talented guy. Those balls were thrown in extremely safe positions each time. Seems like he doesn’t force a lot of passes, but has the arm strength to get it in a tight window when he needs to. Seen one under-throw and a little bit of questionable decisions when running the ball, but I like him.
This guy honestly impresses me. Just by looking at each play, he works well under pressure and can make a play happen. Even better if he’s got max protection and can sling it beautifully down the field. Whoever gets him will be very happy with him as their pick💯
I went to Liberty and have stayed in the area and like to watch the team. His O-line did a horrible job of protecting him and giving him time in the pocket. Thats why he had more INT's and sacks this year compared to last year. Plus the Wr's dropped quite a few passes from him. He'll have a year or 2 to improve his game/learn as a backup in NFL, but he has the tools to be an unreal QB. Can't wait to see his name called on draft night.

This is one of the few college quarterback highlight comps where the receivers don’t have 10 yards of separation from the DB’s. He’s actually making big throws in tight windows.
I don’t understand why Willis isn’t being viewed as a potential #1 overall pick. If Trey Lance was worth trading up to #3 then Willis is certainly worthy of a top 3 pick too.
Because he played at Liberty and didn’t dominate when facing bigger schools. He’s got skill and tbh for him falling to a good team (20s) would be best, he’s gotta develop for sure
The fact that you "don't understand" why he isn't viewed as a potential FIRST OVERALL PICK has me question if you even know the game of football and why this guy is a one read QB who is not accurate and who runs first and passes second. He was picked in the 3rd but easily couldve gone in the 5th. Great Arm Strength, Great Accuracy, Ball Placement is ELITE, and this kid is really athletic (possibly a sub 4.5 guy). Only concern is sloppy foot work which he can work on in the league. I see this kid sitting a year or two behind a bridge QB before he can take over. I foresee him being perineal Pro-Bowl QB in the NFL so I cannot wait to see what team takes him and how they use him.
For me, he is the most potential out of all the qb's in this draft. He just needs to go to a team that can utilize him well. He is still a very raw prospect and def has some work to do, but in a couple of years, he might be the face of a franchise. This is just my opinion so dont destroy me.
Hell, we in Atlanta will take Mr Willis as a consolation prize after getting tricked by Watson🤣🤣🤣. Kid keeps his eyes up field looking to pass after he extends the play
I was mad when Auburn let Malik go without giving him a shot give this guy a good o-line and 2 decent recievers and watch how much better he is than these highlights show you easily best QB this class...No he's not a starter first year but get him behind a real disciplined QB to learn from for 2 years and I promise who ever grabs him up will have a damn good franchise QB for years
People always use the Ole Miss game as the game to break him. His o-line let him down that game and honestly all season long. He’s raw but he’ll be alright with the right team

Panthers
Panthers, Steelers or Falcons are the teams that should want him unless he drops out the first which probably won't happen
Falcons getting him
King jay Seriously doubt that. Matt Ryan doesn’t seem to be going anywhere 😂
He will get stronger and develope that arm even further . Solid pick whoever takes him
Panthers #1 Willis to Panthers
Welp we lost out on Deshaun so I’m hoping we can grab Willis and resign cam to develop him
Steve Mcnair is alive
He’s my QB1
Great Arm Strength, Great Accuracy, Ball Placement is ELITE, and this kid is really athletic (possibly a sub 4.5 guy). Only concern is sloppy foot work which he can work on in the league. I see this kid sitting a year or two behind a bridge QB before he can take over. I foresee him being perineal Pro-Bowl QB in the NFL so I cannot wait to see what team takes him and how they use him.
If his ball placement was elite he would be the #1 overall without question, which he isn't.
Willis is the truth.
I hope he lands in the NFC.
Looking for Seattle to draft this guy.
Future Seahawk
It’s about time that Willis got picked 😂😂treat him well Titans
Welcome to the Tennessee Titans my guy!!! Die hard titans fan right here
Been watching your videos for a while! Love what you do, keep it up!
For me, he is the most potential out of all the qb's in this draft. He just needs to go to a team that can utilize him well. He is still a very raw prospect and def has some work to do, but in a couple of years, he might be the face of a franchise. This is just my opinion so dont destroy me.
No one cared
@@unknownsource8481 man just saying my opinion. Leave me tf alone
Would love to see the Broncos draft him
Willis rodgers. Y’all want everyone since manning lol
Dude yes! I’m a Broncos fan and came to check him out after I found out Denver talked to him at Senior Bowl and has been scouting him.
He would be better on the Steelers.
@@MrKwatts27 : 🤣😆😂
You gettin Captain Kirk 😂 did you see that combine connection with our new gm!!!? He’s all smiles for kirky!
Hell, we in Atlanta will take Mr Willis as a consolation prize after getting tricked by Watson🤣🤣🤣. Kid keeps his eyes up field looking to pass after he extends the play
I was mad when Auburn let Malik go without giving him a shot give this guy a good o-line and 2 decent recievers and watch how much better he is than these highlights show you easily best QB this class...No he's not a starter first year but get him behind a real disciplined QB to learn from for 2 years and I promise who ever grabs him up will have a damn good franchise QB for years
Tampa bay needs to look at this guy
Another great presentation. I would love it if the Lions draft him.
I think so too, as much as it pains me to say. Have him sit behind Goff and really learn the system, further develop his skill set.
@@xChefGutz fuck that. He can start, Goff can work the concession stand.
@@wesleysnipes1873 I know I almost threw up saying he should sit a year behind Goff
Bunch of clowns y’all are. 😂
He reminds me of fran tarkington and Michael vick put together
The City will be Electric ⚡️ He will “Willis”to the Super Bowl Titanup
Remember this comment this guy going to be a star for my titans
lol
😂😂😂😂😂
@@sleepy421a3 yeah I know this didn’t age well
Mechanics looks solid af, has some Cam newton in em as far as toughness. definitely a good pick up for the Titans. #7 lets GOOOOO
TITANUP!!!!!
People always use the Ole Miss game as the game to break him. His o-line let him down that game and honestly all season long. He’s raw but he’ll be alright with the right team
He got sacked 50 times this season after only 19 last year. That’s ridiculous. His o-line was outmatched almost every game.
He’s like another Deshaun Watson 🤩
Who Panthers wanted
If the Titans can get him that would be fine with me lol
Steelers fan here, we need this guy! Please Colbert make it happen!
Titanup
He is an elite talent. Best QB in the draft. Not sure why he isn't considered top 5
Packers only hope if Love is out.
My top QB prospect. Hope he ends up with Lions
While not a #1 pick overall. I hope we can figure out how to get Willis in Detroit
@@louofm1 hes the no.1 pick in my mock
@@louofm1 detroit also has the rams pick.
@@vripper2678 That’s why you’re not a professional draft analyst
Facts I totally agree. If he falls to our second first round pick which is possible we better grab him. Or trade back and take him but I doubt we will be able to trade back.
TITAN UP!
Congratulations!! How did it work out? 😂
He seems to be out run people effortlessly. Good sign!
