me too. gonna buy a used modell, its not so expensive in germany (6000-8000€). the 2000 facelift looks great, especially the rear side and the new interieur. cool car!
I just checked on Sutoscout24.de and the decent (2000-2002) Z3's are between 12 and 18 000 Euros! Not cheap at all! Did they pick up in price?
I am purchasing a 2000 BMW Z3 in two weeks, I cannot wait to own it and I do not even care for BMWs. But what grabbed my attention about this car is the deep blue color and it being a convertible. Thank you for posting. :)

I have had three z3's 2000 models. 3.0, 2.8 & 2.5..... the torque on 3 & 2.8 much more depth in HP when needed. Best color is titanium silver w/red interior. Must be a 5 speed.,.
I have this 2.0 manual version. Paid the princely sum of £1,000 for it. I won't pretend it's mint but it's actually in pretty good condition. Cheap, fun motoring. :-)
I saw a Z3 today for under £2000 and I am really tempted.
Too Gear were right....finding a decent one UNDER 4K is Tricky. 4.5k...I thin u r are on your way. U wont look back! They are Magnificent.

Have a 2002 3.0 sport in sienna red metallic . Had it since 2011 has still only 34k miles from new. Minter, fast and nearly every extra. Unmarked. Won't sell even if offered 12k
Well Done on the Rubbish Editing, cutting Ginny as she was about to say if she'd replace her old one with the new one D'oh !!!
The one thing I didn't like with the new one side by side with the older one were the addition of those stupid front bumper reflectors !!!

Do yourself a favor and remove the butterfly valve plate in the ASC second throttle body. You'll thank me later. BMW did that to many cars to aid in traction control but you really don't need it. It just chokes the power.
I owned a 328i before I bought a 2.8 z3 and the z3 has a lot less punch on throttle. Would this be why?

i hate mazda mx5 only the mk 1 was alright the rest have looked shit
