The video was good. What was NOT GOOD is this law allowing filthy dogs into the malls. The video clearly shows a dog pooing on the tiles and a little further away is another poo on the tiles. As a tourist due in Cebu in 3 weeks l am shocked at this filth. It is unhygenic disgusting and beyond my thinking of why authorities have allowed this. I can only imagine eating at a table and a dog peeing or pooing right next to my table. It would ruin any decent persons meal. The stink.......shame on all who passed this law!!!! Imagine a dog urinates and some customer slips in the urine on the slippery tiles.
For me l would SUE the shopping mall management.
