    Neuro-inflammation….so so true. And it’s not just food. It’s what we watch, what we read, what we listen to, who we hang out with, who we listen to. If we can be safe with the silence, the body and mind will recognize ourselves and the truth we are. Once again, Sarah, you are amazing. Thank you.

    Nearly 40 years of it. Bruxism or teeth grinding/jaw lock and many many other symptoms. Lost all my teeth my confidence my vibration was of shame for decades. Psychologically physically abused. Battling through it with loneliness. Animals have grounded me so many times.

      @@Max_Snellink your smile is beautiful 💙 I mean that. My suffering is rooted in doing nothing. I love to make music but I always beat myself up for not being consistent. Not learning enough, etc. do you have any advice for that type of struggle?💙

      @@gabehinman6917 Thank you. Oh I know the musical struggle. Few decades worth of losing skills and memory in position to just emote whatever. Every time I play its a one off moment. Also food. Nutrition is vital in well being and brain fog and laziness etc. When you're vining high you have all the motivation energy of a 5 year old and in opposite for me I've been rendered to my bedroom in the dark for years.

      @@Max_Snellink I see that you’ve done a lot of nature space and snowboarding. Are you able to do those things still? And thank you, nutrition is everything. I’ve realized lately to just transmutes the urge to do nothing, into discipline myself to “do nothing” but learn as well. To put myself in front of what I need to learn whether I want to or not, for the sake of feeling suffering on a beneficial side 💙 sorry my wording is weird

    I can't tell you how often I try to tell people that their emotions are our body's way of communicating with us. Everyone wants to suppress everything and judge people who cry over stuff.. this video is legit validating what I have known my whole life. Ever since I stopped masking for society, my anxiety has gone down drastically. I'm on a journey to find my true self! I thank you for helping me on my journey. I love your videos and share whenever relevant to conversation. They share so much wisdom that I have always known deep down was true💜✌️💫🙏

    I say anxiety is my friend now that I've learned how to transmute it into euphoria essentially. Sometimes I look forward to it happening when I first arrive at a group of people. The overcoming of it is epic every time. Sarah is awesome.

      I agree - I'm clearing a lot of generational trauma and karma, and anxiety is no stranger to anyone in my bloodline. It sure has been making itself known as I'm working on healing/releasing/changing old patterns. I would welcome more wisdom and new perspectives on this subject.

    I’m glad you posted about this because my last ego death did leave me with a lot of anxiety.. I even experienced a slight panic attack for the first time in my life. What you’re saying here makes so much sense. I just needed to start embodying my new self and also get really grounded in my body. I feel like the more I awaken, the more grounded I need to get..
    Also the thing about silence makes me think about communicating through telepathy.. I had a dream where I was able to do this.. it was more like I was able to feel the other person’s energy so intensely that we didn’t need words to communicate 🖤🌹

      I understand about that panic and anxiety! It’s brutal. Learning and experiencing ego changes are incredibly tough. I’ve been through a few dark nights of the soul, but after I got Covid 6 weeks ago and developed severe neurological changes after with so much constant anxiety, this was way beyond what I’ve ever been through. I am on the other side and feel much better, but I clearly see it was a deliberate change to my neurological system as I advance in this awakening. My ego longs to go back to sleep at times to comfort me. This isn’t easy. My spirit guide helped with my anxiety, and my father came to visit me in a lucid dream from the other side to let me know I am on the “right path”.

      Ego deaths can be terrifying, no doubt. Just have to basically let go and ride it out and you will see it for what it is.
      Easier said than done, but keep pushing.

      Same! I one day got “fed up” with being so fearful, and reoriented myself towards knowing more deeply and practicing calmness and peace, and refraining from being commanded by fear. It’s definitely my challenging mental health journey but showing up in spite of the fear gets one to the other side where the ideals you wanted to realize can appear!

    I have this anxiety problem. I started awakening dec 2019. Its been a roller coaster ride but its leveling out. Thank you. Im a simple man and your messages go over my head but i get the jest of it. What makes harder for me - im 64 and a life path 18/9. Only one awake in may family. When i tried to talk about it i got slammed so i just dont. Having it bottled up is frustrating.

      Hope you connect with your "spiritual family" who will encourage you to explore and express ideas. Perhaps feeling "out' with your physical family is pushing you out of that womb. By spiritual family I mean those who are also growing out of their old limited human identities. I usually connect with these people through keeping my heart open, being curious about what's going on in others; hearts, and expressing love and gratitude. Infinite love and gratitude for your heart felt honesty.

    As i began the work i got bad anxiety. I pushed through with the process. Now i am stronger mentally. Anxiety gone and am a happy person now.

    We are spiritual beings in physical bodies and we have to take care of our physical bodies as well as the spiritual. Balancing the gut microbiome and quieting the mind are things I am working on. I've improved my diet, but I still eat meat and drink coffee with sugar and creamer etc. I know I've got to kick the bad stuff to the curb

    I was experiencing anxiety over the past 3 years that was so debilitating I couldn’t even explain my shut down behaviors at work when I had been so passionately lit at work prior years. I almost lost my job but my higher ups so to speak lol we’re actually in tears not wanting to let me go. I have finally come to terms with a direction to take, where I can continue there part time and move on to my calling more fully and tons of my anxiety has resolved. It comes and goes so I’m a work in progress as we all are but it’s nutz! Absolutely nutz what anxiety can do! I was paralyzed by it!!!

    I don't believe most of the things discussed or shared on this channel but I do appreciate and love listening to how you describe all the topics that you do cover. I especially appreciated someone in a new age spiritual background expressing the Nuance of sometimes meeting to have more knowledge and gain a deeper understanding of things that other people would find rather uncomfortable and difficult. As a skeptical atheist who believes purely in what is physical, I respect and appreciate your content and approach.

    I have become spiritually aware & enlightened but I still get extreme anxiety & I feel hyper aware of everything I observe & I question & try to find the answers for everything all at once but it can only be completed successfully when I focus on 1 thing of a time

    I really appreciate your broadminded approach to this topic (as well as many others). Being broadminded is like having a table with four legs, its stable, strong and useful. Lacking such, is more like having one, or more, of those legs missing. If creates weakness, instability and eventually a loss of function.

    You really are just the best. Lately I’ve been called to learn as much as I can about nutrition and the truth of how different foods affect our bodies which, surprise surprise, is not what we have been taught. I was forced to look into this due to an illness despite having always eaten what I had thought were healthy choices.

    Whenever my conciousness opens up I feel like I have to breath through layers of anxiety and shame. For me it does not feel as if anxiety wants to lead the way to awaking but blocks it, represented as an amour in my body. I would love to hear if people share that experience or habe other thoughts on it.

      It feels like this for me often, but am trusting that it just dissipates even if I can’t put forms to it
      Usually an intense bout of anxiety is followed by deep clarity these days, at least I pray

    I am extremely interested in learning more about when our physiology and epigenetics are the cause of our anxiety. So many teachers talk about chronic stress and poor diet causing poor health, but what if we were born with a genetic disorder?

    Thank you. I’d really appreciate understanding more about gut feelings and intuition. For years I’ve been resisting impulses to end my relationship; a general feeling of dissatisfaction after some past hurts. The consequences of divorce would be deep and broad, impacting many areas of life such as regarding my relationship with my son, his own happiness, my career, and many other people’s lives. It’s a rock and a hard place filled with turmoil that I haven’t found an answer to with google, RUclips, books, counselling, consulting friends and family.
    I ask myself question such as:
    How do we know if intuition is right or wrong?
    Can intuition be wrong?
    Can you change what intuition and a gut feeling tells you?
    Perhaps this is all just mild anxieties that over the years have built momentum, neural pathways and habits that are seemingly impossible to change. I would love for something to provide clarity, peace, love and hope overnight, but I am still seeking.

    Well said, well thought out, thank you. I removed anxiety by removing all future awareness. No news, nothing that looks out into the future, we have to get away from what if statements to remove anxiety.

    Expansion is definitely key to letting go of fear and trusting that all is well and the universe is always conspiring to help us to live the greatest love, compassion, peace, joy and happiness through going with the flow. Being in allowance of when something doesn't work out in our lives could very well be our higher consciousness directing us into a better more peaceful path of oneness with all that is.     My anxiety was always crippling as far back as I can remember.
    I do not have it any more though and if I ever feel a bit coming on I take a couple of Valerian Root and forget about it.
    Society is out of balance so it's absolutely normal to feel anxiety.

    I used to have horrible anxiety attacks as a child. Terrified that none of what I was experiencing was real. I wanted to end my life and no longer experience these intense feelings. As I grew older my anxiety attacks shifted and reformed into different causes and triggers. More recently I would have some type of insight or breakthrough after having an episode. Now that I have had my awakening I realize my fears were not unfounded. They were trying to show me that this reality we experience isn’t the whole truth. I am grateful for all of my trials and tribulations as they have strengthened my warrior spirit. I am moving on from being ruled by fear or anxiety, instead I am trying to learn what the fear and anxiety is trying to teach me.

    nice! Im going to try to eat better. I notice that fried food definitely leaves me feeling sluggish and lazy, and how when I was eating healthier and on a fitness kick, my mood was overall insanely better. I assumed it was simply from the exercise, but it was possibly more from my good diet at the time. Thanks for sharing!

    What goes into the body has a cause and effect energetically straight away. What you eat and drink is crucial for your health and survival.
    Vegan diet nearly killed me. Low Carbohydrate diet for a stable metabolism works for fat and skinny people. it is the Right diet for Man.

    Action = Cures Anxiety ( of which includes Passive Action as in Thinking & Studying /or Taking Active Action on Something to Cause an Result ) // However Mental Relaxation Unless Genuinely Due = Leads to the Opposite of the Cure ( Like Being in IDEL with Accelerator On )-( or Like Being Bored & Having Coffee at the same Time. / However it may not be in best Interest to relax , however that not to be Confused with Physical Recuperation in-between Osalations of Deserved Rest from taking to Physical exercise & letting the body rebuild enough to do it all over again but on a likelihood of increased Fitness, Pop the Hood of Likely-hood & See if it is paying off but dont pop it to early as one might jump to conclusions its not working or not worth it but if its not working its all data so adjust Strategy & Tactics & or Make sure to Get on with action again regardless of healed or not as in leave for action just before almost recuperated & this will become a Responsive habit after a While & its not Like u dindent mostly Heal anyhow, Dont let Relaxation get to comfortable with u always leave it unsatisfied do not feed it 100% or it could blindside u from something so right infront of u not reachable but Totally grab-able if leave at dawn before campfire goes Out..
