    I had a panic attack in my sleep last week & since then I get seem to get off this nervous feeling. Can’t sleep,then I started experiencing this burning sensation in my back which made me panic more. From there the trembling started, I feel it in my stomach & chest. I feel it most when I’m laying down. It’s been on & off, especially at night

    My Trembling Feels like "Electric Shocks" Behind My Neck , And Down My Back , Finally Traveling To The Back Of My legs . It Started last Early December Morning , With loud Ringing In My left Ear . It's Called Tinnitus . I've Been To Series Of Dr's . ENT ,Audiologist , MRI Normal . 85% High Pitch Hearing loss In My left Ear Only . Sleeping , Resting Is Rough , The Trembling Started About 2 Months later , Worrying My Self , But Slowly Recovering . I first had this in late 2018 and it continued on to worsen in 2019. I think my internal tremors were closely related to high levels of stress and probably vitamin deficiency because I suffer from anxiety and an eating disorder.
    I usually get tremors when I’m lied down in bed, most times at night, sometimes in the morning. At first, I thought an earthquake was happening but I noticed that nothing around me seemed to be shaking. I then thought there was a ghost under my bed shaking the bed frame, but I realized the sensation came from inside me/from all of my torso internally.
    One of the worst ones I’ve had was when it was paired with an ocular migraine where there was a huge zig zag in my vision, as well as a bounding heart. It was morning and I thought I was going to have a heart attack. I remember only having one cup of coffee the day before that, but my parents told me I was drinking too much. I felt crazy, but I knew they were tremors. People just don’t know about this, so whenever I tell others about my experience, they think it’s all in my head.

      @katierina31 Год назад +2

      @@hovareq6044 It's funny that you replied cause it has been happening again for me but I really think it's connected to my vitamin deficiency + bad sleep + stress. The factor of poor sleep and stress really plays a role in my tremors. If you have these three things, I might suggest taking vitamins and sleeping better. Stress is hard to avoid so I focus on the two other factors.

    • @katierina31
      @katierina31 9 месяцев назад +2

      @@umamanotham4893 It still happens occasionally for me. But I get to minimize the tremors by:
      - getting good sleep (tracking it and studying what hours in the night allow me to have deep, restful sleep)
      - minimizing caffeine (not drinking too much daily), having a good gut health/a good diet
      - and optionally, making sure I get some activity within the day (walking, dancing, or any light form of exercise).
      Stress isn't a factor I can fully control, so I try to mitigate the tremors by working on the other variables. If you have poor sleep (shallow sleeping, not deep sleep), I suggest working on it as getting good quality sleep does lessen the frequency of my tremors. I don't know if melatonin can help, as my friend who have taken them report to wake up drowsy in the morning despite them being able to sleep.

    • @anxietycentre
      @anxietycentre  2 года назад

      Chronic stress has been linked to autoimmune disease, but there are many other factors, too. Managing stress well can eliminate the likelihood. As far as pain goes, chronic stress can cause issues with chronic pain, and pain can cause and aggravate stress. So it can become a vicious cycle. However, you can break the cycle by reducing stress, increasing rest, and giving the body time to respond. As the level of chronic stress decreases, so will issues with pain decrease. So there's a lot we can do to break that negative cycle and get out of stress-caused pain.

    I my hand shakes a little while i am at work. As soon as i get home it stops. What kind of tremor is this called? Please help

      The stress of being at work can cause work stress-related trembling. However, it's always a good idea to discuss your symptoms with your doctor to ensure there isn't a medical or medication cause.

    Does coffee make inner tremors worse?

    • @anxietycentre
      @anxietycentre  2 года назад

      Yes, caffeinated coffee is a stimulant, which can aggravate hyperstimulation-caused symptoms, such as inner tremors.

    How to treat anxiety hyperstimulation symptoms eg tremors and palpitations?

    • @anxietycentre
      @anxietycentre  2 года назад

      Eliminating hyperstimulation eliminates its symptoms, such as tremors and palpitations. You can eliminate hyperstimulation by reducing stress, increasing rest, not worrying about your symptoms, and giving the body sufficient time to recover. If you do that and remain patient, it's just a matter of time until your symptoms will subside.

      @anxietycentre  2 года назад

      Connecting with an experienced therapist can help you pinpoint the underlying factors that cause psychological and emotional stress. Since most of our stress comes from the attitudes we use and the messages we think to ourselves, that would be the area to look into. Here's a general article about anxiety underlying factors: www.anxietycentre.com/articles/underlying-factors-the-cause-of-apprehensive-behavior/

      @@anxietycentre I have symptoms of anxiety since my early childhood now I am 27, have been taking many anxiolytics and antidepressant drugs but don’t work, I always have symptoms of anxiety like tremors and palpitations without feeling anxious please help what should I do?

    • @anxietycentre

      In this case, I would connect with a therapist for specific help. We almost always struggle because we don't address our anxiety issues. Almost everyone says they should have addressed their anxiety issues much sooner than they did because it brought the relief they were looking for. Most people wait far too long before getting professional help.
