This thing is mighty. It blew me away. I feel like it's something that could burn itself out pretty quickly in a season or two but I'll just throw it in the box and exchange it for a new one 🤣👍
I have two of these heaters. One of them the fan started getting noisy as it only uses a 12 volt computer fan, I opened up the heater and took the fan out and oiled the bearings on the fan and put it all back together and it is a lot quieter.
I've been using this heater for a few months. It turns off by its self, changes temperature on its own. Its fickle! When it works its great! I just can depend on it working properly. I got it on sale so I'll baby it.
One question I had that this didn't answer...how does this device affect the electric bill vs using an alternative source for heat such as a regular natural gas furnace? Does it save money to the point that it's worth it not to turn up your home's regular heating device?
It will draw the same wattage as any other 800 watt electric heater , basic physics , you only get so many btu's from said amount of watts , all electric heaters of the same wattage produce the same amount of heat . 1 Watt is equal to 3.41 BTU/h
Works great in our cabin's bathroom. The cabin is climate controlled year round but our small bathroom is always the coldest in winter. I only use it while I am there. This should not be used as any serious long term solution and left unattended for long periods of time.
Stopped putting out heat, after 6 months, worked great all winter for heating my small bathroom. As far as the distance from the heater, even after running for a long time the sides and back were still cool, heat only came out the front. Now it still blows air, everything still lights up, even the front where the heat comes out ,lights up red, but no heat comes out. I loved this heater, but really disappointed, now that it stopped working.
Well if you followed the instructions you wouldn't be disappointed.. in this video they clearly said got the instructions say it should not be used in a bathroom or any humid area near water. Next time Read the instructions of the devices you buy and follow them.
I know this product from its stupid youtube commercial where it is promoted as 'a secret energy supplier don't want you to know' 'the tesla when it comes to heaters' and a 'very innovative breakthrough by two dutch engineers Dirk Jansen en someone Van Sloten', guys you can't even find. Its sold as the 'heatpulse' but I saw the box saying 'handy heater'in the background of the commercial. Sad.
Acording to other reviewers this thing is rubbish. Even cannot warm a small bathroom, and the earth lead pin of the mains plug isnt connected internally ...
800w is still going to raise your electric bill. Full size heater usually has options for 900W or 1500W, which would heat up your room faster.
So it's an 800-watt hair dryer!
Hahahaha I never thought of that 👍. 😂.

Decided to check out your video on this heater I was wondering if it was any good thinking of getting one. I found that Ace Hardware has it.

If your house is already 70 degrees or above, it works fine, if your rooms are 60° or upper 50s, it's not going to do anything.
Bought it and im happy. In germNy it comes attached with plastic string to pull ot out better from the wall
I bought your heater but it easily broken in a few days.

I got the product not very long ago and now it does not work at all.
so what that said you recommend it with that said
Good way to burn your house down. Get smart get a heater with a 6 foot cord that is UL approved.
That's what I'm concern with.
let me guess, an unemployed college student, 19 year old invented this thing right? I just got one as a gift, I'm afraid to plug it in lol.
$45 CDN no Celsius setting. 👎 but it does a great job. I don’t mind the humming sound. It’s background white noise.

I have two for my kid’s rooms and it works great! I keep it at like 65 and it keeps their rooms perfect in this freezing weather.
