Hey, great review. I wanted to ask if your F11 gim2 records the gps data on the images that it takes? Mine always shows 0 longitude and 0 latitude, I am not sure how to get it to record the gps data

I've never used RFID to track my drones so I don't really know. Good luck with it, it's a great drone.
so many people say you can't fly this over water but you do an amazing job at it!
Thanks so much! The key over water is you can't rely on it's altitude measurements, you have to keep your eyes on it yourself.
I bought mine, and I get a shake in the video when moving the gimbal up and down. @DOUG and NIKI, have you noticed the same shake as well?
No, we haven't had that issue. I would suggest you reach out to them. It should move smoothly.

On the other Hand, the drone only works 15 to 17 minutes because of the automatic Rth (return to home) for the low battery reason.
they announce a run of 28 minutes per battery.

I didn't run into any issues with the fly time but, I can understand how it could be an issue if you are looking for a longer fly time. I don't have any magic answers for that one. Sorry.

I just got one of these last night
So I opened it up inside and got it to take off without app. But I caught it while it was hovering and now it just blinks white and blue
Oh no. I am not sure what the issue is. Try reaching out to them. I have heard good things.
@DOUG and NIKI I was trying it out at work, and it's in an industrial park type place with lots of metal buildings and power lines so gps signal was not getting through also the weather was terrible. Got it home, and it's good to go awaone How steady it hovers and fast it moves can't wait for the days to get longer.

I’ve been wondering if I can attach a GoPro hero9 on it.
You'd have to create some sort of mount and obviously it would affect flight time but I'd think it could carry it. It's pretty beefy....totally not scientific, just my guess.
@@DOUGandNIKI I received my drone and tried it out. It was tricky on first flight as it wanted to tip over one side due to the balance. I had the drone laid flat using two shoe boxes, due to the GoPro 9 strapped below it a cavity between the box had to be done. The camera wouldn’t allow it to be balanced upright on a flat surface.
The idea worked, the only issue I came across is when the wind would gust, the balance of the camera slightly threw it off. Upon landing, I did decide to just have it eye level where I would grab hold of the drone, it attempted to push off like a panicked bird, but I just set the drone on emergency shut off.

@@DOUGandNIKIyes. The hero 9 has a better video quality and more steady than the drones camera.
The only issue is it’s stuck in one position.
@@Nirvezz There are lots of issues... can't start / stop recording. Change settings. One static shot. Reduced performance from the drone. It sounds like a really backwards answer to the issue. For me...

Toy grade drones like this don't have a serial number.

@@DOUGandNIKI F11 is not too bad. But it isn't DJI either. Not as easy to fly it smooth. And sometimes it goes into toilet bowl when using return-to-home. Beginners better learn to fly with a $20 drone without GPS to handle such situations.

No license necessary. No microphone I'm pretty sure it would be worthless as they are pretty loud up close.

FDA normally only approves food and medicine ;) I'm assuming you mean FAA and I don't think they approve or dissaprove drones.
Great video! If it's a no fly zone, you NEED an authorization per FAA. Doesn't matter how low you fly.

Besides this Ruko is 100% the same and a 100% Chinese SJRC F11. Only 200% the price.

@@DOUGandNIKI I know you get the items from Amazon for review. But almost always the same thing is much cheaper from Banggood or AliExpress. Lets say I trust the Chinese a lot more than Jeff Bezos. Unfortunately they let you pay shipment and/or duties and tax. So I can understand why reviewing items from those websites is more a problem then Amazon. Only we consumers want the lowest price. This Ruko is too expensive. Yes you get it sooner and they give a bit of service and warranty. Still it shouldn't be double the price. No way I would buy a Ruko instead of a DJI Mini if they are the same price.
@@driewiel Nothing wrong with consumers getting their products wherever they want. I love my DJI drones, they are the best but I just checked on Amazon and right now the Ruko is $357 and the DJI Mini 3 on sale is $509. 100% the DJI is a better drone but that is a big step up in price, it's 50% more than the Ruko. Yes...prices change every 10 minutes but right now when I looked, that's the difference in price.

This is false advertising, thee video quality is not great. If anyone, including Ruko could provide a LUT to correct the color grading it would be appreciated. Video is also grainy, and the pictures are more like a fish eye view that comes out odd
How long have you had yours?
Not worth that money. It doesn't come close to the dji. Al that Jello. I never have to keep calabrating my DJI.
I've got a fleet of DJI's and I've done plenty of compass dances. Obviously less and less frequently as we move forward. I think it's in a nice space below the cost of most DJI products.

Hmm... I appreciate the input and advice but which sound did you specifically not like? All of it or just the opening and unboxing where it's a little shallow sounding indoors?
And yet according to other reviews, it's next to junk! Hard to fly, toilet bowls a lot, flies unstable!!! It also lies about the 4K camera, it's actually 720!
All I can say is that is 100% not my experience, easy to fly, never toilet bowls, and is very stable even in high winds but, you'll check back in and let us know when you get a chance to fly one yourself.
I will say my DJI mini 2 is a lot more stable and easier to fly. And it’s faster. Seems like the video is delayed on this drone compared to DJI. This is my back up drone.
