Hemant bhai, bahut acha video dala hai bearings wala. I have exactly the same problem.
In addition to stress in fore arms and shoulders, the major problem is during off-roading. There is no stability due to handle locking and bike behaves uncertain. This is the reason of my shoulder fracture and then ankle fracture.

Very useful for Himalayan owners. Your bearing removal procedure is bit risky since you don't use any eye protector, why don't you consider a bearing puller and C spanner 😊😊.
bearing cap ko freeze karo aur jaha pe dalna hai usko heat karo heat gun se...thokna nahi padega ..aur mallet use karo yr...acha practice hai

Just heat the lower bearing inner track up a bit and it knocks off easy.

I am skf employee skf bearings are known for its quality in the world.it is not bearings problem it is bike design problem RE can go for 502 for bigger bearings it can bear more load. 302 can't resist heavy loads.
Thnx for the info sir I'll definitely try this also and u are right majour problem is wit dampering angle of of suspension and other stuffs but i hav notice few things due to my RND that NTN and other brans bearing are lasting longer then SKF bearings so i use NTN bearing for all my customers

I am little bit confusion to buy himalayan & xpulse.
Some reviews say xpulse is underpower for touring then i think towards himalayan but after so many video watching on youtube related the same problem of cone set. & finally you did a great job because after watching your video i give one more chance to himalayan. Please suggest me which one is best from both himalayan or Xpluse ??

Very informative video. I think I have a similar problem with my classic 350 signals edition. I took my bike to service center. They changed the cone bearing in warranty. After that the handle was loose and had a play. Now they just tightened the top bolt. The handle is tight now but does not feel smooth in movement. Do you suggest changing the bearing with a good one. Does the same one fist classic 350?

I searched for zkl bearing online, but couldn't find it. So i ordered a pair of NTN yesterday from amazon. Thanks for replying. Atleast i know now that my choice was right.

Hemant Bhai I had a similar issue with the handle pulling towards the right.Only after a email complain Enfield India replaced the coneset.Enfield also said it's an issue and are aware of it.I want to ask you will you be able to replace my coneset I have done work on my Himalayan at your workshop.I don't trust RE Himalayan service center as I know issue will come again of my coneset.My bike was not even 2 months since I bought it and I faced this issue please reply if you will be able to do this on my Himalayan too.

Hemanth in my case it's not stiff but that khat khat noise during potholes. Bs3 I changed the cone set 2 months back was fine now the khat noise is bac..mechanic tighted it it's so stiff plus the noise now.
Wat brand of bearing and cone set do u use??? So that I can replace it not changed the cone set every 3k KM's

Same issue with my bike , bearing is expensive mechanic suggest me to claim insurance but I'm thinking it will happen again please suggest.
By claiming inshorance you'll b wasting your time which is more expensive then bearings and fitting labour

It's mixture of both . Comfert and design is good but build quality is bad
