    Roughly 1.5 years years back, I had to change my cone set from ArtOfMotorcycles. After a smooth 11,000 km covered within 6 months, I got them checked in AOM and they couldn’t identify any problems with it.
    Recently, I started to feel some resistance while steering Nora. I got SKF bearings fitted temporarily in a garage in Trivandrum. Even after replacement, I felt the bearings locking up and the handlebar was consistently stiff. Unhappy with this come set, I decided to head to ArtOfMotorcycles garage where Zoheb bhai replaces it with a new NTN cone set. Complete details are explained in this video.

    It's just run around only 5300kms.
    But i felt this issue from 3500kms itself.
    Showrooms PPL are not good at this repair bro. Really fed-up with them.
    Now i can show this video with them🥰🥰

    Hi. I'm also facing the same cone set issue with my relatively newer bike (1500 km). Most RE service centres said it is not an issue and that it is naturally like that and one centre tried to fix it but the issue started again after a few days. Should try it with some other service centres now.

      Yep, I did the same thing initially; I knew authorised service centres wouldn't do the job. As a result, I took it to Art of Motorcycles.

    I have a question? If you replaced the bearing with them last ? How come you have run into this problem? Because when the bearings have been installed and sealed , they should not give this trouble. How many kilometres after 11000? Did you notice the trouble and had to replace it ? I don't get it? How did the lubrication wear out ?

    • @SpilTrez
      @SpilTrez  Год назад

      Hi, I would like to mention that the main motive of Zoheb bhai is to ensure the best performance of the motorcycle at all times. The service provided by the team at AOM is curated in such a way that the motorcycle can be driven smoothly without any hassles for another 10,000km. Smaller service centres might provide cheaper service but only temporarily give a solution. Good, reliable service anywhere is always expensive.
      P.s. he wasn’t blabbering, he was trying to spread his knowledge to other riders and the rest of his team were working on other bikes.
