Don’t understand why you got so less subscribers for you.. most underrated channel man…really sad to see such a talents of yours going unrecognised..keep up the good work and definitely you will grab all the riders heart in no time
I would like my bs4 himalayan to get inspected by you. I've watched almost all your videos, you're an amazing person, the best person I came across who knows this beast upside down. Hats off man! Wish we lived in the same city 😔
Royal Enfield used PVC Wosher and you fitted PU Wosher... PU Wosher is the best everywhere so you can got good life of your handle bar bearing... Bro... ;))
Thank you for a very clear and detailed DIY video. I bought the plastic steering stem cover from AOM. I fixed it myself after some trial and error. Unfortunately, AOM doesn't have a clear instructional video on its installation nor are they very responsive to messages. Thanks to your video, DIY riders now have a good resource to guide us. Well done. Please keep posting such videos. 👍 Cheers from Bhutan 🙏
thanks for the love brother. and empowering fellow riders is the ONLY intention behind all these videos. RUclips and related stuff is just an incentive and it sure make me happy.
But most time the bottom bearing get damage, and i think the above job can be done with thin plastic washer or teflon tape.... Just an Idea, your knowledge and job is great...,👍👍
As usual great informative video Ben. I have installed this cap with NTN bearings n local Red Ipol grease. Can you please suggest any good or locally available brand of waterproof grease like this blue one or any colour but it should do the job.
Ben, How do you know so much about bikes? Like every tiny inconspicuous thing.BTW, you have really inspired me a lot and a mighty thank you for that. But please do answer my question.I am starting a book 'The bike book' by haynes to start off learning about bikes.
Superb video Ben… I have also now experienced the cone set issue and have ordered the entire kit with their bearings and the nylon cap…. I will see to it when I get mine fixed I exercise the same precautions you did while installing

i am humbled . but i would not recommend my words OVER an engineer in the SC. A learned, trained , highly experienced engineer is ALWAYS the person to seek out when in trouble. I am a mere enthusiast.

yes, brother. i should def recommend using a torque wrench in my videos. thanks for the mention here. Also i have the service manual for the bike.
My handle is very free and unstable at low-speed turning. Is it a normal issue on Himalayan? and is there any fix for that?
Take it to a good mech and ask him to adjust the adjuster or the lock nut
Instead of using AOM Coneset Cap use Montuned Conset cap its perfect fit and needs to be fixed by threading-to keep it watter proof
Thanks for mentioning .
The cap which is made of delein material
How's the long term review on this?

Macha says not much of job, after that says 20 steps to do 🤣🤣😜😜😜
Let me say this “this is a scam product “ and people are stupid to believe it works
