    Royal Enfield used PVC Wosher and you fitted PU Wosher... PU Wosher is the best everywhere so you can got good life of your handle bar bearing... Bro... ;))

    Thank you for a very clear and detailed DIY video. I bought the plastic steering stem cover from AOM. I fixed it myself after some trial and error. Unfortunately, AOM doesn't have a clear instructional video on its installation nor are they very responsive to messages. Thanks to your video, DIY riders now have a good resource to guide us. Well done. Please keep posting such videos. 👍

    But most time the bottom bearing get damage, and i think the above job can be done with thin plastic washer or teflon tape....
    Just an Idea, your knowledge and job is great...,👍👍

    Is it effective ? Has it prevented the premature failure of cone set bearing in your bike ?

    As usual great informative video Ben. I have installed this cap with NTN bearings n local Red Ipol grease. Can you please suggest any good or locally available brand of waterproof grease like this blue one or any colour but it should do the job.

      glad to hear that brother. Change coneset ONLY if required. otherwise , dismantle, degrease, regrease and put back.

    Superb video Ben… I have also now experienced the cone set issue and have ordered the entire kit with their bearings and the nylon cap…. I will see to it when I get mine fixed I exercise the same precautions you did while installing

    Ben nise video. For setting cone set yoused torque ranch tool for batter life cone set. i am also a Technician warkin in serving center from(5 years) if you want torque specifications pdf files I can send you if want ?

    My handle is very free and unstable at low-speed turning. Is it a normal issue on Himalayan? and is there any fix for that?

      Take it to a good mech and ask him to adjust the adjuster or the lock nut

    Instead of using AOM Coneset Cap use Montuned Conset cap its perfect fit and needs to be fixed by threading-to keep it watter proof

    9:35, balaji has aged. How many years did it take to shoot the vlog?! 😂. Thanks for the info may help reduce water related wear and tear especially to the cone set I think.

      i am humbled . but i would not recommend my words OVER an engineer in the SC. A learned, trained , highly experienced engineer is ALWAYS the person to seek out when in trouble. I am a mere enthusiast.

    Hi am have Himalayan 2020 am getting vibration sound above 4000 rpm I removed everything in front side still am getting that sound and sound coming from engine. Any idea what was the issue am in Pune. I moved from Chennai
