Joe really does love the "Unfrozen Caveman Soldier" name for Bucky - I've seen him use it in other interviews on the press junket for Civil War.
It was just the joke name they gave to Bucky in the Honest Trailer for Winter Soldier, because he kinda looks like an unfrozen caveman.

Rewatching this after Avengers Endgame Russo Brothers did all of the things Screen Junkies nitpicked on and I love it :)
- The hints of Hydra growing in Shield
- Killing off characters permanently
- The only thing they didn’t resolve is how Tony Stark did not discover Hydra when he hacked into Shield

In Agents of SHIELD they storm a HYRDA base that kept all their documents hard copy so they can't be hacked (I know Agents of SHIELD is more MCU adjacent but I think it still works)
Hydra had a separate server not connected to Shield so that's how. Saw that in a cinemasins comment section

About Hydra not having been set up: while true, i think the russos did a great job with details like the senator who id a hydra agent, and was in iron man 2 trying to throw a wrench in the gears of tony's plans
This helped this "deep hydra" theory look far more plausible to me

The person literally has 1 job, lol On other segments of this channel, usually Dan (the guy who is always with the glasses and hat) is the one responsable for using external sources like twitter (usually to give tips and stuff). He is very efficient, can make researches quickly (even fan opinions polls) and the guy know his shit regarding movies and how to fair criticise them. But he was on the panel talking with the brothers, so the person responsable for the external source must have been an intern or something.
With is a shame, this channel grew so much with time and they deserve the success and recognition. But when they have great names to interview, they do this shit? Shame. Even with much smaller names like Jeremy Jahns, I still remember how he was so misstreated in one of those movie fights segments. They need to get their shit together.

Why Tony Stark didn't find all of hydra's Files when he hacked the helicarrier?
Zola. Arnim Zola. He found Phase 2 (Making weapons with the Tesseract, like Hydra) but he didn't find the Project Insight Algorythm, because it was kept on a separate mainframe, with Tape Drive, that wasn't connected to the helicarriers. (Yet.) That's why it had that thumb-drive adapter on the desk. It was off the grid.
I loved this, but they should have paused every time they started speaking, not just depending on Russo to say, “okay, let’s pause here.” That drove me a little bit crazy!
I'm pretty sure this two can make an awesome Superman/Batman movie. Not Superman VS Batman, but a team-up movie.
I would happily wait ten more years for the Justice League movie if it meant the Russo brothers could do it.
A Superman/Batman and/or JL movie with the same balance of humor/seriousness of the MCU films would make DC fans the happiest.

Man, my respect for the Russo brothers just went up several notches. I love that they can laugh at themselves and dont take stuff too seriously.
Add in the fact that, unlike far too many writers/directors, they take the time to **actually think** about potential plot holes in their movies not only amps up my excitement for Civil War, but also Infinity War, which I have been super un-hyped about ever since that steaming pile Age of Ultron came out. I just hope they can hold the line against all of the asinine executive meddling that you just know will come down the pike.

The bullet proof vest one is explained in the movie, black widow says that the winter soldier used some Soviet armor piercing rounds, because he shot a bullet through her, who was most likely armored, and killed the person behind her
+John Kraemer Not to mention if it was a kevlar vest, then of course a shotgun would pierce it at close range. Kevlar is not made to prevent damage from SHotguns,

+John Kraemer I'm no expert on guns, but I'm also pretty sure one of the world's greatest assassins and marksmen given the best of equipment to carry out his job would have a gun that significantly outstrips a basic handgun like the one Hawkeye uses in Avengers.
+Drei88 my understanding (limited, to be fair) is that there are weapons which can pierce body armour; I would assume he was appropriately outfitted for that as opposed to Hawekeye who just grabbed his regular gun. It's more a scenario based thing than a weaponry thing, to be fair

I have to tell this. We all love your Honest Trailers, and have a lot of fun watching them. PLEASE. Play the trailer from begining to end showing the guests faces and THEN play it again letting them pause them to discuss it. PLEASE.

This was absolutely AMAZING!!! Hahah, it's awesome the Russo Bros came in to kick it with you guys and talk about the Honest Trailer you did for Winter Soldier. They seem like a couple of really cool, chill dudes. I wish I could sit down and hang out with every director of every movie I saw to analyze and talk about every, little thing in the movie.
Winter Soldier is hands down my favorite MCU (and possible superhero) movie. I'm anticipating that'll be overthrown by Civil War, which I'm expecting to be probably one of my favorite movies ever. And if it lives up to my ridiculous expectations, I won't be able to wait for the Infinity Wars. So glad the Russo Bros are directing them!!
