I see alot of vidios where people try to start 2strkes on brake clean or carb clean. These products are ment to degrease and remove oil , it doesn't seam like the right thing to do because a 2 stroke need oil in it's fuel to lubricate the piston and bearings. I always use premix down the spark plugs , just my thoughts
I try to always use starting fluid since it has lubricants built into it , if not starting fluid a water bottle with some gas in it and a hole poked in the top works good
I was also confused about this. Also doesn’t seem like they open the choke spray then close the choke. I think it would have started 10 minutes ago if it’s actually getting fuel and spark. Engines aren’t magic even though some are temperamental they are all a closed system.
I had a71 Capri 292 single cylinder I could not kill it went through the ice had it running_within a half hour after we hauled it up. Blew the head gasket twice then cut out anew one from gasket paper and good for the next two seasons. Learn everything about sledding as kid. 😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😂😂😂😂😂
Get a container with a squirter, mix some gas and put in it, pull the plugs, squirt some mixed gas in, put the plugs back in, if it has spark it will start and when it does squirt gas into the carb,it’s amazing the amount of people that try to run 2 strokes on spray can cleaners or ether, the bearings, cylinders, rings need lube,
I had the same sled when I was a kid but with a 440 in it. I remember pulling that rope for what seemed like hours to get it to start. That's when I learned how to become a mechanic. My next sled was a 73 Moto-Ski F with a 340 engine. That was a fantastic machine. Wish I still had them today.
i had a 1980 yamaha 250 enticer single cylinder that thing would run 65 miles an hour all day long never broke still wish i had it to day best sled ever !
Если так вы снегоход в тайге заводить будите, то замёрзните. А искру в колпачке надо проверять на палец. Засунул палец в колпачёк из под свечи и дёргаешь, током бьёт значит из леса уедеш, и волки тебя не съедят.
Never seen a 292 or 295 twin before. And I've been working on sleds since I was a little kid. Great video!!!
