@@TheTownWatch Actually yes! I like it. A bit art-deco a bit military. But the color of the dial. On video looks like a pea. I'll wish me a great weekend. You the same!
Very nice design and color. I really like the hand wound movement. My father had an Oris hand wound watch. I was just a little boy but I distinctly remember him having to wind his watch daily. I remember being so proud when my parents bought me my first watch, a manual winding Timex Mickey Mouse watch. This was over 45 yrs ago. I do not own a manual winding watch but certainly plan to make one part of my collection.
Haha! This is the one that stood out for me too, plus I only live 14 miles from Mansfield (Nottinghamshire) Great Britain. Geckota make some great watches in a similar style - I have the red Pioneer. Great review. Many thanks 🙏
@@TheTownWatch the Stanhope II was released awhile ago and did sell out. Then they decided to release more numbered watches of that one. Kind of took away from the limited edition stature that they offer up as a selling point for their watches. But it was so beloved they went ahead and re-released another 200.
They have four different dials for this cushion case, two are still available. This one and the Durham are sold out. The Lethbridge and Stanhope II are still available.
I like the fact it has 50 meters water resistance too - would make me less terrified of wearing it knowing the durability is a step-up from other styled watches. cool video, thanks for showing us!
Hello there! Congratulations on your beautiful watch. I ordered the Durham (salmon), and would immensely appreciate your thoughts about the winding. This is my first manual wind watch. When you wind your watch, is it normal to feel a slight “pull back” from the crown? Im aware of the normal resistance that will feel as you wind the watch and the tension as it comes to a full wind. But is the crown’s slight pull back also normal? Especially when is felt as soon as you start winding the watch from zero? Thank you immensely for your time and opinion!
Congrats on getting the Durham model! I really like that one too! I think what you are describing is normal. I feel the same on my version. Thanks for watching.
Intriguing review. Farer's use of color in their timepieces is unrivaled, I think. None more so than in the case of the Mansfield. The review would be even more intriguing if the watch weren't already sold out.
Great watch, good quality and with a fair price… The only con is the strap, not so good quality… I think that’s where they save some money to offer us a good quality watch!
Thanks for watching!
😅😂 Thanks for watching Manus! You crack me up! Do you like this watch?

Glad you like it! Thanks for watching!
Just got the Farer Durham - my first hand-wound timepiece, and I love it. Very understated, but beautiful to look at.
Congrats! They are beautiful watches! Still enjoying mine! Thanks for watching! Hope you'll check out more of my content on the channel.

The bronze in the crown is a nice touch!
It is! Thanks for watching!
Would love to know you opinion/experience with the polished case; is it a fingerprint magnet?
It's not too bad with fingerprints! Thanks for watching!
Cool watch! Love the retro vibe.
Glad you like it! Thanks for watching!
That movement looks SO good 🤩
💯 Thanks for watching!
That's actually pretty bloody nice !
Love the watch!! Is it a full steel case or have a chrome coating?
Thanks for watching! It is solid stainless steel.
I really like the dial color, but think that I would put it on their grey strap.
Thanks for watching!

love that dial design 😎😎
Thanks for watching! Glad you like it!
Nice watch 👍
Case shape and layout are somewhat reminiscent of the Rolex Cellini Danaos which is not a bad thing at all.
Thanks for watching! I can see that a little!
Gorgeous!!! I want one ☝️
😁 Thanks for watching!

Got one! Ditto for your comments. We must be döppelgangers!

not gonna lie, it's got an FP Journe vibes to it.
FP Journe is amazing so that is a great compliment! Thanks for watching!
Nice pencil case for elementary school students 🤭
😁 Thanks for watching!
love the brand, lil overpriced imo tho
Thanks for watching! They aren't cheap.
I wonder how long this bright color fad will last.
Thanks for watching Greg!
That movement is dead sexy.
Thanks for watching!
Poor presentation for a 1000€ watch imo
This is an unboxing video, please see my full review of this watch.
@@TheTownWatch not about this video. Farer's presentation(boxing etc.) is poor.
