Im a leo moon and I love deep conversation and emotions, even negative as long as they're real. Anything fake annoyes the hell out of me.
My son is a Leo Moon, he's the baby and he was the only boy in a family of women, so he loved being the center of our attention. He is very "me" oriented. I remember when I was planning to move to another state, his response was, "So you're going to leave me?" Keep in mind he was about 25yrs old at the time LOL!
This is one of the most generous moon signs. These are the kind of individuals who will invite you into their home and give you the best treatment.The problem is when the leo moon person doesn't feel like their generosity isn't being reciprocated. This is when the leo moon person gets upset. So, yet, being so generous yet Self centered Makes it hard for them To understand that people give in their own ways.

I'm a Leo, by moon and rising, and allot of this describes me, only thing is I like nice things and have a good eye for style beauty and luxury and take pride in my appearance.. .but at the same time I don't like to be miserable or spend too much time working for those things, I'd choose a simple life if it came down to it, so I can be free and able to be comfortable and do things on my own time, I hate feeling pressured or told what to value by society... I feel like as long as I have good food, a cozy place, self love and entertainment with the people I am involved with, I'm good....also proving myself to people is beneath me, I feel like I am the gift and I am valuable just by being me and existing, I enjoy material things but I don't allow them to controll my natural sense of self value, confidence and freedom, and I don't like people who compare themselves to others for stuff like that, because I see right through them and their whole motive and front.

That Leo Moon being either the oldest or only child is true I myself was my moms only child for 13 years and I know a lot of Leo Moons the first born or being the only child of older parents or either the only or oldest of one parent side and I was my grandmas only grandkid for 13 years me and my grandma our extremely close and the flip side is Aries Moon they tend to be the youngest child at some point my mom was the youngest at some point and my little brothers the youngest of 5 by 13-7 years everybodies older than him (2001-2007) his brothers where born between and he’s born (2015) and I used to talk to this girl she was the baby of 6 she was a Leo Sun and Aries Moon

As a leo moon I can relate to what you said about being self centered in relationships. From my point of view though im always considering myself because if I'm not satisfied in a relationship then I can't be my woman's rock, there is no US if I'm not thriving. Anyone relate?

I work with a Leo Moon and I'm gonna be honest, it's the most annoying thing ever. It's like working with an Infomercial, I can see their need for validation coming from a mile away. If I say "no," just have to wait for their "subtle" payback. Talking to them is extremely one-sided. I get the description here and wanted to hear for a solution, but whereas, in a relationship, you signed up for this, at work, I feel like I'm being tortured by "Me, Me, Me."
so sorry on behalf of all the Leo moons here. Maybe in all/most of our past lives, we catered to everyone else and now it's our time.. (just a thought) I know we can be annoying but I know that when I suppressed my Leo moon (because I didn't want to be too much to ppl), I was always depressed but when I started expressing my Leo moon, I felt more alive and happy. (I don't care how people feel anymore - I used to be a ppl pleaser)
@@juliestarks1279 I can see the depression result. I honestly wouldn't mind as much if it weren't so one sided or empty with this particular person. But also, and I don't mean to judge, but I worry about their dependence on it. My co-worker when unable to use anyone just dives straight into their phone. Hardly a minute can be spent alone without attention or the desire for it. Maybe it's an example of human we are to need people, but this level of it, if isolated, would I think absolutely lead to destructive impulses.

I've got an 11th house Leo moon. I just heard your understanding aquarius moon video and I'm somewhere in between. I prefer a 'friendship' type of relationship where I can have a good laugh and talk to somebody.
My mother was detached like you were describing in aquarius moon and if we wanted a hug we got called wuss 🤣 you were spot on about her the not accepting accountability. We don't have a bad relationship but it is very strained too, I've got moon sextile pluto so we've got an intense relationship but I've got moon square 8th house Chiron too. I find I'm never good enough to live up to her standards and no matter what I do she finds a way to be critical, she's really bossy and still tries to tell me what to do and I'm in my 30's with my own children 🤣 (She's got mars in virgo which in my opinions is one of the worst placements if the lower energy of this placement is expressed as they're always critical and picking things apart, it really chips away at your self worth and confidence)
I don't like too much attention as long as I'm getting appreciated if I go out of my way to do something nice for somebody, I'm not very materialistic either so gifts aren't important either.

Omg that example actually happened, I broke up with my ex because he had I child, we tried for 3 years (not for a baby but I wanted one lol) but I just couldn’t handle it, it’s like, they are my favourite person, and I want our first to be both of our first.but I could never be there’s… I need that lol I couldn’t do it
Yea, I fell ya' | us Leo moons - we have to be a priority in our romantic relationships. (no matter how/what that looks like) Period. I dumped mines because I wasn't priority anymore - that was the last straw, I can deal with many things but if I'm not priority - it's a wrap. And I'm not talking about unhealthy crap - like I come before your kids, job..etc.. I 'm talking about tending to me and my needs (specially emotional) as a to-do on your mental checklist EVERYDAY!

I have moon conjunct venus square Pluto 😭 I absolutely hate my mother. I definitely have fearful avoidant attachment. My mother fucked me and all my siblings up. I swear she is a narcissist or undiagnosed Bordeline. My sister has Scorpio moon square Pluto. She is a mini version of my mum she is diagnosed borderline. My mum is incaplable of taking accountability and thinks she’s the perfect mother. I had so much pressure on me growing up to make her look and feel good. Nothing I did was ever good enough for her. I have Leo Moon in the 6th H and sun and Mercury in the 4th house, they its exalted (vedic astrology). Yeah mom is important love her but She stubborn as hell dont take no accountability always justifying her ways of doing things... I think i appreciate her more because she had to be that parent that maintained the household together while the other One dad was living a distructive life... She was never too supportive of anything a SIDE from school. Very set in her believes She used to be very aggressive and now She is little bit settled but i feel like Im starting to be aggressive specially towards her in responses and her set and believes. I like Nice things but growing my own food i think thats the Nice things about life orgânic stuff is expensive lol
I love the video. The only thing I disagree with is the commentary that most Leo moons have anxious avoidant attachment. Attachment is more about the individual’s early childhood experiences, not a moon sign

I mentioned the upbringing and the mother. The moon and mercury both represent your childhood. Whilst also not forgetting that Leo represents the inner child. We were all children once. So why would astrology only matter as an adult and not a child?
I think you should think about that. I study psychology and include this in Astrology. Human behaviour starts from the home and has been found countless times in our birth chart.
When you look at your Venus, it shows us the relationship of YOUR parents.
When we look at your moon is shows us how safe you were as a child and how you relate to safety now as an adult.
So yes, it’s found in the moon.

I have Leo moon in Leo 5th squaring Pluto/sun/merc in 8th (Pisces rising Scorp sun) and I’m absolutely avoidant. I never thought I was until my partners repeatedly pointed it out. As a matter of fact, I thought I was quite attentive. Such a Leo moon thing of me to do.
That’s false…. I think all leo moons are not fully secure in all range of emotions so we all at some point have that avoidant attachment going on until you break away from it
Leo moon here! Yes, we like words of affirmation and not so much of the gifts, but GRAND GESTURES! Ginormous bouquets of flowers! Think - courting or dating a royal queen, she would be used to everything grand not basic. Only thing is my Jupiter and Lilith is also in Leo so it's intense. I DO NOT like for people to bruise my ego BUT because my Venus and Mercury is in Scorpio (in the 8th house) - I'm more expressive and communitive and transparent about of my feelings - but I like for my feelings to be on display and known AND in the forefront in my relationships. I do not like to show my feelings if I'm hurt - but rather I like to talk about them (more left-brain/logical) I do want loads of attention paid to my emotional needs (big Leo Moon energy) BUT I do pay attention/nurture my partner's emotional needs just as much. I ONLY like to compromise if it's a win-win (my Pluto in Libra) so I don't like sacrificing unless we're both sacrificing but I know that isn't always realistic in relationships...With me being a life path 9, our struggle is we readily put people's needs before our own and neglect our own - we have to learn to balance that out. So image having Leo (self centered energy) along with catering to people's needs fist before our own (The Healing Giver). It can be very confusing sometimes on how to navigate situations but in a since I believe this creates a balance within me.
And YES, I do like nice-QUALITY things (think - fit for a king/queen) The best of the best! This gets me in trouble. I've often prayed to God/Source/The Creator about this. Like, why make me like this and not make me well-off or rich to get the desire of my Leo moon heart? Sometimes I'm over spending just to have quality things. I don't have much because I'm a minimalist but what I do have is quality. Sometimes I'll skip vacations or buying something just because I can't get it the way I want. (for me I'll just save or wait for an opportunity which usually come as a gift) to do what I want, the way I want it.

I'm a cancer rising, leo moon. Sag sun 🤭 i love my combos... there is a good balance. My relationship with my mom wasn't as beautiful, she actually has a narcissistic disorder.
