Let’s hope she doesn’t reject her kids.
Hello! We are the DeShanos. We have a 40 acre homestead in northern Michigan called the Double D ranch. With our four children and grandpa Steve follow along as we establish our homestead, from goats, pigs and chickens to growing food in our garden. We learn to be a little bit more self sustaining everyday.

Poor Skye was just beside herself knowing you were in the kidding stall without her. Lindy was a champ, she never even made a peep!!!!

My first kidding for 2023 was the worst one ever. 3 doelings doa and tangled so bad that the vet on call had to call another one in. When I went in it was ribs and a leg from another kid. I knew it was beyond what I could do
