Hello! We are the DeShanos. We have a 40 acre homestead in northern Michigan called the Double D ranch. With our four children and grandpa Steve follow along as we establish our homestead, from goats, pigs and chickens to growing food in our garden. Less labor...(I hit the 'mute' button...when the Does are screaming....😱) lol > I know that 'pain'....too many flashbacks.

Yes. Sorry. I had worked a 12 hours shift as an actual labor and delivery nurse and had to be back the next plus my battery died 😩 and momma wouldn’t nurse while we were there. We did watch on the camera and she did great. I think she was a little traumatized after the whole ordeal. More babies in the future ❤️ thanks for watching ❣️

Don’t have her birth again. That was too traumatic. Super small area to work in. Gentle.
