Hoy hace cuatro meses de mí operación de tendón de Aquiles por rotura, lo malo es que estube un mes esperando la operación con mí tendón roto. Mí pantorrilla derecha se carga muy rápido cuando hago éstos ejercicios y parte de mí empeine duele al impulsar la pisada. Me colocaron un arpón de 5 mm en mí tendón derecho. Caminó con un poco de dificultad y dolor sí me apuro. Saludos desde Argentina Buenos Aires!!
What if you cant really spread your toes wide while standing? Can this exercise be performed with toe spreaders or toe spacers on? Ive been doing this exercise and get occasional relief but not much imorovement for the time Ive done them. I guess because im not soreading my toes. But I physically cant widen my toes much to feel the exercise throughout my foot versus concentrated in the calf and ankle.
