I bought a Jericho 941PL in 9mm in 2016, after years of research (Also known as the "Baby Eagle"). I had a Glock 34 that I tricked out with an EFK Fire dragon bull barrel with an outer compensator, three pound trigger, weighted mag well and more for matches. I sunk some money into that "Block 34". Benched, my Glock 34 scored slightly better than the Jericho, both fired 2 3/4" CTC at 15 yards. In weaver stance and rapid fire, the Jericho won out. Yet the Jericho is a COMBAT pistol, NOT made for matches! How could this be? I kept comparing them at the range and kept getting the same results. The Jericho has a much heavier trigger but by the way it is made, it feels lighter than the tests show. That heavy DA pull might win the day in court and better than my Glock 34 in defense for that reason. As a veteran, I am an old 1911 fan and like the 1911 in 45 ACP. That's OK, I also have the option of going "Cocked and Locked, ready to rock!" with the Jericho but with twice as many rounds. In hollow point, the 9mm is just as deadly as the 45ACP. Two vices: #1) It would suck to rack the slide with slippery hands. #2) Accessories are hard to find and expensive, at least with night sights. So I put some glow-in-the-dark paint on the sights and it works but needs a few seconds of light. I am thinking about shelling out for real night sights. The grip feels like it was customized for me and it came at a good price. Yet part of me wants to trade it for the steel Jericho as while the steel version is heavy beast, it has a better balance and I like the look. That clear slide on the steel Jericho just looks sexy to me. My Jericho is great for home defense but is an open carry gun as I want full frame. I already have a Glock 19 for concealed carry and the Jericho has different jobs: Home defense, open carry and competition. In a really bad situation, I could carry both but I made another discovery: In a pinch, the Jericho magazine can hold 17 plus one in the chamber and works fine. That is the same as what a Glock 34 holds and the only Glock magazine that holds more is the 33 round Glock 18 magazine, not practical for open or concealed carry but is one hell of a backup. I sold my customized Glock 34 for an SKS, ammo and cash I needed. So you wanted a review from a Jericho owner? There you go. For the money, the Jericho 941 is a good investment and one that goes off the beaten path. The NRA "American Rifleman" did a review in 2016 as well and gave it a great review as well. I also shot a CZ 75 in full frame but did better with the Jericho, don't ask me why. The Jericho had less recoil and was more accurate. Israel is not a nation with friendly neighbors, they cannot afford to make junk.
Mecguard cz mags will work great. 19 rounds is comforting. Like you, I love my Jericho as it is amazing with hit targets with speed. Added streamlight HL1 for home duty.
Thank you for the EXCELLENT breakdown of the Baby Eagle. Do you work for their marketing team? 😂 I carried many different (popular) makes/models for duty over my career, and the Baby Eagle was a step above all others. The smaller slide + heavy weighted balance + handle angle give this piece of artwork fast re-acquisition of target and quicker followup fire. The only 2 issues were well laid out. - slide may be rough to grab in poor conditions - can't easily find grips/holsters (they exist tho!) I had the older F9 Full Sized 16+1 steel frame. Have not tried this new polymer version yet. Great video, great comment. 👍
I've shot/owned quite a few pistols... The Jericho 941F9 is the best all-around. Super soft recoil, fits the human hand like a glove, and deadly accurate. Would love to see a full size steel with a 4.8-5" barrel and no rail.
Had my new Jericho 941 at the range for the first time last weekend. I couldn't be more pleased with it....I have the steel version. I may even prefer it over my M&P9..
I still carry an original IMI-marked 941 FL. The pistol has always eaten any ammo I've thrown at it, and is consistently accurate. Only change I made was swapping the sights for a set of Meprolight tritium night sights.
Trick for me is finding a dealer who has one in stock I can manipulate to see how it fits. I'd certainly like to see a poly version without the finger grooves, like the all steel version.
What is the finish on the metal of these guns? I heard that when they were sold as " Magnum Research" they had the standard old school "blued" finish. I would expect something more durable from IWI
Which exact model is size comparable to the Glock 19 or smaller which would be good for concealed carry? Also will there be any chance to have these guns compliant in Massachusetts,USA? God Bless America God Bless Israel!!!
Acabo de comprar mi primer arma y fue una Jericho, estoy más que satisfecho, la calidad de los materiales, la sensación al tacto, el acabado está excelente.
Where is the 40 S&W version? I will not buy the Baby Desert Eagle lll with the giant decocker on the slide. Would like to see a 40 S&W with .357 Sig drop in barrel combo. Same Mags and recoil spring, make steel frame version please.
There is a 40 version but I haven't seen any Jericho's lately as most of them are on back order probably due to military contracts. As the Jericho is actually more of a clone of the Tanfoglio over the CZ any Tanfo barrel will fit most Jericho's but I don't think they have a 357 SIG yet.
a buddy of mine had the 45 version and we shot it a few times i absolutely fell in love with it im applying for my gun permit in ny and thats the first one im going to purchase
Israel does it right, Shalom
With the neighbors Israel has, they cannot afford to do otherwise. Great firearm.
Thank you! Shalom for you too
Jericho IWI the best of the best, shalom. Greetins from Colombia

I'm so glad IWI decided to import these directly in the US. I love my original KBI imported Jericho. If I could keep just one gun, that'd be it.
Had my new Jericho 941 at the range for the first time last weekend. I couldn't be more pleased with it....I have the steel version. I may even prefer it over my M&P9..
941 in 9mm was my first, If I get another it'll be the M&P
Daywalker_27 M&P.... Good choice! I'm not big into Glocks, myself
It's such an accurate gun. Easy to hit a bullseye at 25yds
Now if only I could get some parts. I know the 45 "baby eagle" isn't the most popular version but I love it.
I hope y’all never discontinue the Jericho SF 😭 it’s perfect! 🇮🇱✡️
kol akavod my beloved weapons ISRAEL industries

Looks good. I've had trouble finding these and other IWI products state-side. We still haven't seen the Galil ACE.
If it's good enough for Spike, it's good enough for me.
Honor to see a fleet get the stlye that is needed .hope that the camp grounds get more training.if they do I'll use your makings.im already outside.
The music is awesome!
Great Stuff!
Still waiting here in the US for more products
You won't believe how much I want the Jericho 941, too bad it's hard to find one with single action, chambered in .40sw, and is a single action.
just got my 45....heaven in my hands. love it!...even though it's a rare mis-spell of Desert on it...
La mejor pistola del mundo
Great Video! Thanks Much!
I want a stainless steel version one of these days...

The best pistol ever made! 👏🏼 🇮🇱

AdamPaul222 Mass. compliant? Not likely.
God bless America! God bless Colombia! God bless Israel!
Nice. A striker fired version would be compelling. I would love to run it up against my Canik TP9 sc with Swampfox sights with Ironsides.
>striker fired
Absolutely disgusting.
Coloquen videos de la Jericho FB compact hay muy poca información sobre está gran pistola
Acabo de comprar mi primer arma y fue una Jericho, estoy más que satisfecho, la calidad de los materiales, la sensación al tacto, el acabado está excelente.

Cosas bien echas iwi....
I like jericho 941 psl9 midsize than the glock pistol!
Very good .. but sadly it looks like it doesn't match for suppressor !!
Looks so good, I'm torn between this or a shotgun for a first firearm
go for portability and capacity.
What is this the Beastie Boys?
Toppppp

I had no problem getting mine about 3 weeks ago got it from jandrgunsllc.com and I love it
Hermosa pistola
The end was epic!
"Jerocho", didn't those walls fall? ;-)
David Logan yes, but it was a victory for the Israelites.
Do you guys think this is a good first gun?
It was my first handgun. The steel frame is heavy when fully loaded coming in at just over 3lbs but it's a very nice gun to say the least
สุดยอด
Top Gun
🤣 Wtf a Toyota Camry
I cant support a polymer or tacticool rail version Jericho . IMI Jericho 941 R & F are superior guns
No stability
