Yours had the old, well-regarded 2.0 engine. I had a GXE with the 1.8 engine and it was also a great car. Plenty powerful, nice manual transmission, super comfortable seat, amazing amount of room. I'd still be driving it but the northern tinworm did it in.
I have seen one of those Clean Air Cali emissions Sentras before. 1.8 liters, 2 cats and 4 oxygen sensors that cost about $500 each! This is also the latest production car I ever dealt with that still had a steel fuel tank.
Had a 2001 non-Cali, was also amazed to see four O2 sensors. Ran great for over 200,000 miles until (on 2nd owner) it was crashed, too damaged & rusty to be worth fixing.
I had one from 2000 with the premium package, the paint color was exclusive for that year (AW4 heatwave) in 2001 they replaced it with the inferno red, even the strange thing was it was a good car but not better than the SE-R B13 I had both and this is special, to this day I still have my 1992 sentra B13 se-r.
I owned a brand new 2001 Sentra SE and it was a fantastic little car. Sporty and quick, but still practical for everyday use. Wished I still had it.

Probably my fav gen Sentra, especially the SE-R
Yep
The B14 was awkward, the B16 and B17 were crapmobiles. The B13 was peak Sentra, with this B15 a second peak.
