The scene with Adam and Eve can be seen in AC 2 if you find all the animus markings. The scene in the very beginning where the sun flares destroy earth is from AC Revelations.
Watching this now in hindsight it’s an amazing way to tell the origins of humanity story while also the spiritual aspect of reincarnation with how Desmond looks like each ancestor and I think if going further back into his dna Desmond is a descendant of Adam in the garden and the soul is reincarnating you finish its mission of freeing the minds of the others.

The irony is that the Assassins and the Templars have the same origins going back to Adam and Eve. I wondered not once if the Templars were the bad guys and the Assassins the good ones, since we have been shown the Assassin's order more from the good side.
I think it comes down to like with all human history perspective. They both want to protect humanity. One wants to control and the other wants freedom. I think it mirrors the ISU towards the end. There was a massive movement that wanted humanity freed from slavery and the ISU supremisists who wanted the status quote. It mirrors into humanity. Chaos being freedom and order being enslaved

You can still loosely tie this in with the odyssey Atlantis storyline. Poseidon mentioned previous attempts at melding human and Isu society and them having failed. Maybe one was Adams and Eves ‘Eden’. Though I would have liked for a much more definitive link but maybe there is an Easter Egg or something in Atlantis I’ve not yet seen
Just an additional thought - could this be used to explain different mythologies in the world. It is explained in more detail if you follow the story and signs throughout the games carefully. Adam and Eve were descendants of slaves (humans) who interbred with the Isu, or hybrids. And as such, they are immune to the effects of the "pieces of eden", or the tools of the Isu. They managed to steal an apple, and escaped "the garden of eden", and after the first catastrophy passed, which brought both the slaves and the Isu close to extinction. The ones like Adam and Eve who were immune, lead the other humans into the future while the Isu went extinct. People like Altair, Clay, Desmond and his son Elijah can wield the pieces of Eden and are immune to it's corruptive effect. People who are not descendants of hybrids can not wield the tools without getting corrupt and eventually going mad, which is most of the people in the world. That's why Abstergo values individuals like Clay and Desmond so much. Because they carry the very genes of Adam and Eve. And some individuals known as sages, contain the memories of Aita who lived around 75000BC, when the Isu were still around are valuable to Abstergo because of the secrets of life they might contain, judging how the Isu created the humans to be workers for them. I don't know what's so hard to understand. Only a real fan would understand this. A casual player who runs through the story just to see what some pirate in the golden age of piracy was doing will never get the background of it all...

Ok... What the hell did I just watch? All you did was take the ending scene from Assassin's Creed Revelations and removed Jupiter's(I assume it is Jupiter) dialogue there explaining everything, and then the Subject 16 video file that you get in Assassin's Creed 2, and then a bunch of images pertaining to Adam and Eve and the apple. There is nothing there that hints at Atlantis, especially since Atlantis is never mentioned in either of those games or in any of them to my knowledge. And while yes Ubisoft is fucking around with us in these newer games they have not given us the timeline of the first civilization yet. That's not even the worst part to me. You are acting like everything is explained at the end of Revelations and in reality that game was to tie up the loose ends in Ezio and Altair's stories, giving that final bit of closure that was needed, as well as giving us Desmond's back story and how he wound up where he was in the first game. And while minor your spelling is off in your description. Overall this was a waste of fucking time and I say to you this final heartfelt message: Fuck you and good day.
