Not supposed to answer this But would like to comment! When a bank sanctions loan,it runs an entire search report for atleast last 12 years ..so probably yes,if it sanctions loan,land is litigation free!!

I had a enquiry in mseb senior persons about smar It is very very difficult to shift that tower Why builder will compromise for land rather he could have build one extra tower in that land but he didint That means it is not possible to shft that tower Once the society is formed society need to work on that and that too is very very costly The pricing will go in Crores but the first thing is it's not possible to shift That area comes under Farming so it's not fully developed hence no under ground wiring like in aaundh or pimple Saudagar Also lfetime it's risky it may fall down. Life threatning problem always Take a wide decision before buying. I was getting best deal for 4bhk at 1.5Cr but i denied bcoz of high tension wire Builder also not promising to remove it rather he is hiding it from customer He won't tell you about it when you go for enquiry. If you find it by your own then only he will explain you

But, its totally upto you and don’t want to encourage you for purchase when you’re in doubt. I have purchased 3bhk in their under construction project Tulip Infinity World and so far experience with builder is good and construction is going on with very good pace. They told me that they will deliver Infinity World much earlier than our agreement date.
@@7001nikhil i made a big research on shifting towers. Why builder will waste land if shifiting of tower os possible. Corores of loss for him It's not possible to shirt towers they already got compensation for that land. Underground wiring will minimum take 20-25yrs from now
