  • The WWE would soon feel the explosion of what has come to be known as the second boom period. But in 1995, those benefits could not yet be reaped. Business was down, the B shows were cancelled. What could turn this around?
Vince hoped it would be a group of guys working at the top of his card… a group that became known as the clique. Kevin Nash will take us back to '95 when the kliq was formed, and he was given the strap. But was he REALLY Vince's "guy"? Join Kevin for a journey into this pivotal year as the clique solidified their stranglehold on the WWE.
Shawn Michaels' mouth… Bret… Diesel's run… formation of the kliq… Hunter arrives.. Nitro airs… Lex at the mall… ECW gets big… influencing Austin… Shane Douglas makes Dean… the clique calls a meeting with Vince… more and more!!

According to Cagematch, Nash has 521 matches before becoming the champion in November 1994. There are several people who won the title with less matches: Brock Lesnar had 144 matches before becoming champion in August 2002. Kurt Angle won the title after 251 matches in October 2000. Big Show had 452 matches before winning the title in November 1999. The Rock had 353 matches before becoming the champion in November 1998. Kane won the title at 431 matches in June 1998. Randy Orton had 349 matches before winning in August 2004. John Cena had 442 before winning at Wrestlemania 21. Batista had 369 matches before winning at Wrestlemania 21. Goldberg had 339 matches before becoming the WWE World Heavyweight champion in September 2003. Sheamus had 304 matches before winning the title on December 2009. Jack Swagger had 343 matches before he won the title on the April 2, 2010 Smackdown. Great Khali had 141 matches before winning the title in July 2007. All of those happened before 2012. Undertaker won the title in November 1991, with 443 matches, and that one happened even before Nash won it. So to sum up, Nash was wrong even back then. Also, if there is anyone who won either the WWE title or World Heavyweight title with less than Great Khali's 141 matches (anywhere), please tell me.

@@Rschr101speak for yourself. YOU may not have cared. The rest of us did. After this hair shaving incident he went on to get Goldust's homosexual gimmick over in their feud for the IC title. He had a great feud with Steve Austin in which Austin credits Savio with getting him over and getting him in good ring shape. He would later join the Nation of Domination, then he would form the Los Boricuas. He then competed in the Brawl For All and showed that he can actually throw hands and box AFTER that No Way Out appearance. Anyway, the fact remains that he stayed with the company 3 years after Nash said that he was soon gone.

Nash "been in the biz for 9 months and ur 13×world champ" yeah there is a lot of that and on prime example is Charlotte Flair don't get me wrong she's one hell of a worker but being champ as many time's as she has in that short time is kinda cringe 😬

I really dont like how Nash started talking about Bam Bam after he went off on Hall in ECW and ramped it up after he died.'like the story of him almost getting shot bc he insulted some Latinos, using a racial slur. Bam Bam wasnt like that..hell the guy ran in a burning building to save kids.
