May I ask how you settled your tuition fee in your Japanese Language schl? Did u buy yen first then went to a bank to transfer? What do you think is the best and most affordable way to pay your tuition from PH to JP bank account?

It is allowed bro, as long as your part time job follow the rules of your specific visa. Example if your a student, you are only allowed 28 hours a week during school days and 40 hours a week during school vacay. And if you are having a working visa, example instructor visa, your part - time job should be related to teaching like part time language teacher. I hope this info helps.
