@@JoCaballes I was looking into it, the other day and I came up with some places Kyoto, Osaka, Chiba which are fairly affordable.Personally, I would like to live near the capital or in a major city so that I will have the access to resources quite easily but it will also get quite expensive. It will be a huge help if you could suggest some places and schools in japan.

Yes it is possible to change tourist visa to student but somehow it is a difficult process since visa processing take couple of months to process and tourist visa in my knowledge only gives you several week or 3 months.

In the case of my sister, she did not have an N5 certificate but instead she submitted her proof (certificate)of study of basic Japanese language. So the answer to your question in no, as long as you complete the minimum hours of study and acquire a certificate stating it. Thank you for your comment sir!

Hello L, thank you po sa comment! Purpose po nila na 3 years kasi gusto nila ma sure na amounts na nakalagay is hindi borrowed or temporary po. Pero sa case nyo po na 2 years lang talaga maximum, palagay ko okay lang naman as long as makita nang school na regular yong transaction or pasok nang pera, I think doon sila nag babase po.
