DF64E & DF64P Full Cleaning

Sometime grinds are stuck inside exit chute and grinder stops working completely. This video shows how to clean up DF64E or DF64P and install declumper if needed.

I have a DF64E and my motor is jammed/not spinning fast enough to grind the coffee beans. Any suggestion what I should?
