I am extremely delighted to see Mr. Donald Nathan Scott’s name mentioned here. It’s been three years and I vividly recall my experiences with him. My accomplishments and success became a reality working with him.
It’s hard to find someone who can be trusted with money but having encountered Donald Nathan Scott and his services, I’m convinced that good people does exist. I’m not there yet , but certainly I will boast of a *Skyscraper.*
I'm also a creature of habit. .thanks...glad I found you for reminders of what I already do...got plenty of medical issues but I don't try and let that stops...so I rest when I must...you have some good tips...I appreciate that!
Put alarm distant, stretch, mindfulness (barefoot walk or-) stare at object to refocus, daily discomfort (cold shower or-) 2 minute do-it-now (tiny start step) use tools (canva) go outside phoneless, take breaks, make am/pm routines, 2-day rule exercise sched, read at bedtime
When I was confused, affirmations helped me. Its my tiny hebit which help me. I focused on my goals and didn't try to do everything at once losing my focus
That staring at a thing for 30 seconds was legit thauth to me as a child. I had trouble concentrating, which resulted in spelling mistakes, slow math and such. I had to hang a big printed X over my desk and before doing my homework I had to stare and focus on that X. It helped. (Even though I remained sceptical at lot of this stuff to my mid twenties, when I finally gave in and accaped, that it is science, not spiritual bullpoop.
I'm in the country right and love nature...surrounded by woods between 2 vineyards on each side...the animals have been coming out like crazy...even a black snake that freaked me out at first...then I got excited and thought I got him on video but I didn't. ..lol

I agree with habits you mentioned in this video, because it's helped me out a lot for almost 2 or 3 years (depends on each habit) and one more habit i want to add is journaling which helps me happier and more satisfied in life
Great info and thank you! But may I give a constructive idea? With that level of continual info, I felt you needed to slow down. I would have enjoyed it far more if it felt more relaxed. The continual fast pace made me feel tense.
Love these, thank you! My most beneficial investment has been getting a SAD lamp. It's incredible! It means I can wake up naturally and honestly it's made the world of difference not being jolted awake by an alarm!
Really love all of the habits you talked about. I started stretching recently and woo I can feel the results.. Also doing difficult things is impressive it increase your level of creativity too. Thanks
I like watching you - so helpful and I am older and retired so I will also save $100,000 dollars in retirement in NZ - awesome videos. I have $60,000 in my retirement savings - I also wear sports gear and follow Minimalism at home - I like second hand stores as well - good T=shirts and coats as well. I found Hallensteins NZ is best as well - good T-shirts and I like buy 3XL so it is loose fitting - and saves me wearing dresses as well - I use to have black dresses in my wardrobe I no longer do that now - as a dress costs $100.00 or $40.00 - I found the T-shirts you can get two for $30 or Cotton On has T-shirts for $5.00
Letting your kids live with you until they're more established is a major help. Paired with pushing them to be great makes it nearly impossible for them to fail.
Ready player 2 did kind of suck. If your looking for some good fiction I’d recommend Andy Weir if you have not ready any of his stuff. Also the alarm trick didn’t work to well for me as I went straight back to bed lol. But I’ll keep at it.
Thank you for sharing these great 10 habits! I’ve also been putting my phone on the other side of the room to force me out of bed in the morning and it really does work
Thanks for another great video Gabe! I also shared this one with our community because it's been really helpful 🤓 Btw please could you add time stamps for each habit or section in your videos? Thanks and looking forward to next week 😎
If you buy a Tesla, you will be so sorry! For someone who is so financially smart, a purchase of a Tesla is a bad move financially. It will cost you 20 to 30 thousand every few years for a battery. Plus if you have winter in your state the car will suck!! Just heads up!!
Hi. Simple advice. Try to diversify your content. It’s always the same videos in your channel. When I see a ones of your new videos I scrawl down and I always see a similar one with the same tittle. You are only changing your thumbnail. Good luck
Something I struggle with is that I can go 1-3 months, doing everything I need to then all of a sudden, I wont want to do anything and then I lose myself and start not doing small things and then I get back into it after 1-2 weeks

That sounds peaceful - not the snake part but the surrounded by woods. Definitely a good time to reset your thoughts!

Waiting on another video. Strengthens me.
Your content is so useful in everyday life. Can you tell me what kind of push up bars you use?
I saw an awesome review of a guy who owned a Tesla. Very content with low maintenance and he may get another one.
Going back to reading fiction before bed is a great idea!
I’m too productive. I have to slow myself down daily.
Awesome impact on others!
Not always keen on listening to others advice...I'm going to keep going with my intuition...lol 😊
Always like your video. Mondays are more entertaining!
Top tier content!!!!
🙏 thanks
Don't set an alarm. Figure out how early you need to get to bed so your body gets enough sleep. Wake up without an alarm.
Best feeling ever! 🙌
I keep one for insurance but I beat it every day. Avoiding sugar comas made a big diff

If I could find your channel 2 years ago, I could save lot of money.

2 Day Rule is as far as I know from the book Atomic Habits (James Clear)
Really love all of the habits you talked about. I started stretching recently and woo I can feel the results.. Also doing difficult things is impressive it increase your level of creativity too. Thanks
For sure, both of those have helped me a ton!
Gotta support the independent thinking here. You could turn into Tucker.

Hi can you link the light u use to read please??:)
What was that set of bars you were using to exercise? I interested in getting one.
2 minutes great idea
They are just like basic dip bars
@@GabeBult I had never seen or heard of them. I love learning something new everyday
thanks a bunch
Have recorded the birds singing 😊
I am a morning person, up really early, and I have to be quiet not to wake everyone else - now what?
For me that’s when I get most of my work done and self care
Which book light are you using?
The best thing I did for waking up properly was to sleep with the curtains/blinds open so more often than not, I wake up with the sunlight.
I wish I could do that but waking up to bright light increased my chances of waking up with a migraine.
I naturally wake up at 5:30am but I have to keep my blinds shut otherwise the sunlight will wake me up before 4am 😄
Would love to see the points on the description, helps to review quickly. Great job

$TESLA
You’ll be getting a Tesla? 😂 I think that just goes against everything we have been learning in financial freedom. 🤷🏻♀️
Atomic Habits, 2 min rule.
Something I struggle with is that I can go 1-3 months, doing everything I need to then all of a sudden, I wont want to do anything and then I lose myself and start not doing small things and then I get back into it after 1-2 weeks
Why would a minimalist want a Tesla?
I challenge you.
I hope you don’t stretch in tight jeans though. That doesn’t seem comfortable
My memory is awful. 😢
