  • "A Film Johnnie" is the sixth film starring Charlie Chaplin for Mack Sennett's Keystone Studios. Directed by George Nichols, it showcases the star troupe of Keystone Studios, during the "fan tour" of the little tramp, causing turmoil, interrupting the shooting of a film and staring a fire.

    Great film, but Mable is not in it.

      She has a short bit part, rehearsing with a group of actors, in the background on the left side of the shot, the one in dark dress (from 5:33 to 5:36) she's closer at 7:56.

      She also arrives on a car - but that footage was damaged with severe dropouts on the source analog video tape and had to cut it out.
