Most definitively the best Chaplin impersonator of them all. He really looks and moves like the original. However I find his performance to be rougher, more aggressive, less kind than Chaplin's. He's a bit like the very early Chaplin where the Tramp character wasn't fully fleshed out yet and where he mainly acted as a wild rascal.

Beside the impersonation of Chaplin's Tramp character, Billy West has no impact, far as I know. He looks in real life a little like Chaplin in real life, so it's easy for him to do the tramp perfectly.
