ऑपरेशन मेघदूत कहानी है, इसी सियाचिन की, जिसे भारत ने युद्धनीति ने नहीं, बल्कि कूटनीति से, वक्त के साथ रेस लगाते हुए वहाँ अपना आधिपत्य स्थापित किया था, वहाँ पहली बार अपना तिरंगा लहराया था। भारत के एक सजग, जिम्मेदार और देशभक्त नागरिक नरेंद्र बुलकुमार की सूचना और रा की पुख्ता खबर और लंदन मे चली शानदार चालबाजी ने जहां भारतीय सेना को सजग किया तो उसके बाद भारतीय सेना की अदंभय रणनीती ने बिना लड़े ही कई सौ किलोमीटर छेत्र पर पाकिस्तान के संभावित कब्जे से छीन लिया था। इस सियाचिन के भारत से जुडने की हर कहानी, का ही नाम है ऑपरेशन मेघदूत।।।
