I have something to tell all of you watching this video. If you really want to lose weight, do it slowly. If you lose a large quantity of weight in a short time, this is losing water and you will gain weight back very quickly because you'll feel very hungry and eat more than usual. I think the best way to lose weight is "Calorie deficit". You have to eat more than your BMR and eat less than your TDEE, and you must combine parallel exercises to make your body firmer, have more muscle, help your metabolism improve, and burn more calories. Hope you all succeed in losing weight.
i think your rigth but something that helped me (bc i really wanted to lost weigth fast) was to do this type of diets, and then when i reached the weigth i wanted to feel comfortable with myself, i started a more healthy diet to be able to maintain that weigth without binging
if you do lose weight fast, make sure to reverse diet or slowly move back up to maintaining, instead of eating a lot the day after your diet, because it can make you sick. If you do an extreme deficit and want to start eating normally, add 200 calories more to your meals every few days until you get to a healthy amount

Im seeing so many comments from months ago that stopped updating after day 2 so i decided to make a comment myself while doing this diet 😌 My start weight was 65.5 but i dieted a little before, i think i might not lose as much weight as her because of it. SO the official start weight before doing this for 7 days is 64.3 ✅️ Day 1: 64.3kg. I ate 4 times, 470 calories total. Didn't do any exercise except for some walking around. I ate the same greek yoghurt as her and an apple but then had some crackers and a small bowl of soup instead of what she ate. ✅️Day 2: 63.8kg. I ate a small bowl of soup with 2 boiled eggs, greek yoghurt with some rashpberries, blueberries and honey and a small bowl of homemade popcorn. Ended at around 530 calories. I made 9k steps from working and did a small ab workout just because. ✅️Day 3: 63.0kg I ate greek yoghurt with fruits and honey again for lunch and roasted courgette with a yoghurt garlic sauce for dinner. For something sweet I ate half a rice dessert. Today I ate 540 calories and made around 6k steps. ✅️Day 4: 62.5kg. I ate a fruit salad for lunch and roasted veggies for dinner with a lollypop for a sweet snack 😌. I ate 450 calories and walked almost 10k steps, and I did a small ab workout again. ✅️Day 5: 62.2kg. I drank a coffee with milk, a bowl of melon with yoghurt and honey and a bowl of roasted courgette. For a sweet snack I ate a piece of chocolate. 400 calories. I think I'm at the point where my body doesn't wanna lose weight that much anymore 🥲. I also did an ab workout and made 9k steps. 400 calories total today. ✅️Day 6: 61.7kg. I ate a banana, a small granola bar and warm milk with vermicelli (a dish from my culture hihi) and a small lollypop. I ate 450 calories total and did the ab workout again. Even if i did its not for others, but I do dieting and all for my self confidence, and for my health concerns. All u got to do is beleive in ur self. Dont do dieting or makeup routines just to impress ppl around u. Dont be insecure, look in the mirror urself and if u see that u need to change, Do these diets. (But please dont starve urself) Most of the people just think that skipping a meal will make u look skinnier but thats not true.. Because our body will think that we are in a crisis and try to store food once u eat after fasting So Dont skip any meal instead domt starve and eat more fruits (specially apple &watermelon) and eat vegetables. Completely stop eating sugar for about 2 weeks, and try compromise your carbohydrate intake too. Egg diet is also good method, but after one cheat meal day i got back 1kg :) currently im doing the gm diet, its fun to do and u can try it too. Regreso de nuevo, baje a 48 kilos y mido 1.68cm, no logré bajar los 5 kilos como en el vlog, tuve que aumentar los alimentos que consumo, bajarlos y después mantenerme a un aproximado de calorías suficiente para mí rutina del día, 800kcl. Seguí más o menos con la dieta, aunque remplace algunos alimentos por fresas, pepino y zanahoria que recomiendo mucho, si estás en clases o haciendo tarea es bueno cortar en rodajas, sin anadirle ningún condimento y comerlo si tienes ansiedad cuando estás estudiando. Normalmente solo hago una comida por día, por mi rutina de estudiar y trabajar, pero con el vlog decidi hacer las 3 comidas, me gusta mucho así que lo dejaré una semana más. También recomendar que la dieta si te funciona 100%, si comes normal 2000kcl al día con las comidas normales, habrá una perdida de peso muy rápido, si tú eres igual o peor que yo de consumir 500 kcl, no te va a funcionar de hecho como decía al inicio primero debes subir las Kcl que consumes y después iniciar la dieta del Vlog el cual te hará bajar peso más lento y posiblemente pienses que no funciona en persona traumadas, que andan buscando y buscando que les funciona en un estado mal físico y mental. Aún así este vlog no se me hizo tan extremo como otros, que vi y sentí que era más peligroso.

Im seeing so many comments from months ago that stopped updating after day 2 so i decided to make a comment myself while doing this diet 😌
My start weight was 65.5 but i dieted a little before, i think i might not lose as much weight as her because of it. SO the official start weight before doing this for 7 days is 64.3
✅️ Day 1: 64.3kg. I ate 4 times, 470 calories total. Didn't do any exercise except for some walking around. I ate the same greek yoghurt as her and an apple but then had some crackers and a small bowl of soup instead of what she ate.
✅️Day 2: 63.8kg. I ate a small bowl of soup with 2 boiled eggs, greek yoghurt with some rashpberries, blueberries and honey and a small bowl of homemade popcorn. Ended at around 530 calories. I made 9k steps from working and did a small ab workout just because.
✅️Day 3: 63.0kg I ate greek yoghurt with fruits and honey again for lunch and roasted courgette with a yoghurt garlic sauce for dinner. For something sweet I ate half a rice dessert. Today I ate 540 calories and made around 6k steps.
✅️Day 4: 62.5kg. I ate a fruit salad for lunch and roasted veggies for dinner with a lollypop for a sweet snack 😌. I ate 450 calories and walked almost 10k steps, and I did a small ab workout again.
✅️Day 5: 62.2kg. I drank a coffee with milk, a bowl of melon with yoghurt and honey and a bowl of roasted courgette. For a sweet snack I ate a piece of chocolate. 400 calories. I think I'm at the point where my body doesn't wanna lose weight that much anymore 🥲. I also did an ab workout and made 9k steps. 400 calories total today.
✅️Day 6: 61.7kg. I ate a banana, a small granola bar and warm milk with vermicelli (a dish from my culture hihi) and a small lollypop. I ate 450 calories total and did the ab workout again. I made 4k steps.
✅️Day 7: 61.4kg I forgot to track what I ate... but it's 100% below 600 calories and I made 10k steps. Tommorow is the end result!
RESULTS: 61.2KG
(I roughly counted the calories of what she ate each day, so I know how much I should eat for the results.)

and tbh I wanna be them so badly I wanna do those stuff those videos they did and love it so much.

Even if i did its not for others, but I do dieting and all for my self confidence, and for my health concerns.
All u got to do is beleive in ur self.
Dont do dieting or makeup routines just to impress ppl around u.
Dont be insecure, look in the mirror urself and if u see that u need to change, Do these diets. (But please dont starve urself)
Most of the people just think that skipping a meal will make u look skinnier but thats not true..
Because our body will think that we are in a crisis and try to store food once u eat after fasting
So Dont skip any meal instead domt starve and eat more fruits (specially apple &watermelon) and eat vegetables.
Completely stop eating sugar for about 2 weeks, and try compromise your carbohydrate intake too.
Egg diet is also good method, but after one cheat meal day i got back 1kg :) currently im doing the gm diet, its fun to do and u can try it too.
Its not very harsh as the egg diet, but u lose 4-5 kgs in tht
To boost that up you can add some exercises while dieting (but dont over do it )

Regreso de nuevo, baje a 48 kilos y mido 1.68cm, no logré bajar los 5 kilos como en el vlog, tuve que aumentar los alimentos que consumo, bajarlos y después mantenerme a un aproximado de calorías suficiente para mí rutina del día, 800kcl. Seguí más o menos con la dieta, aunque remplace algunos alimentos por fresas, pepino y zanahoria que recomiendo mucho, si estás en clases o haciendo tarea es bueno cortar en rodajas, sin anadirle ningún condimento y comerlo si tienes ansiedad cuando estás estudiando. Normalmente solo hago una comida por día, por mi rutina de estudiar y trabajar, pero con el vlog decidi hacer las 3 comidas, me gusta mucho así que lo dejaré una semana más. También recomendar que la dieta si te funciona 100%, si comes normal 2000kcl al día con las comidas normales, habrá una perdida de peso muy rápido, si tú eres igual o peor que yo de consumir 500 kcl, no te va a funcionar de hecho como decía al inicio primero debes subir las Kcl que consumes y después iniciar la dieta del Vlog el cual te hará bajar peso más lento y posiblemente pienses que no funciona en persona traumadas, que andan buscando y buscando que les funciona en un estado mal físico y mental.
Aún así este vlog no se me hizo tan extremo como otros, que vi y sentí que era más peligroso.

So, I'm 1.61 m and currently 59 kg, the problem is that i'm alergic to most fruits, soy and gluten intolerant, so for me it's quite hard to keep a diet like this one since UnU However, your video still gives me motivation
Just focus on eating smaller portions with more vegetables, be more active like walking places you would normally bike and cut down on junk food and snacks:)

It is possible. I did a similar way. But 3x meal,
'clean food' (chicken breast, cucumber, tomatoes, spinach, cabbage, eggs).
2L water + 1 cup of cappuccino (no sugar)
I lost 12kg in 3 weeks.

Yes. It doesn't really matter when you eat which food. It is that she's in a calorie deficit with healthy food. Just remember this isn't good for long term

Yo tengo una teoría un tanto absurda.
Es simple: si engordas ej 3 o 4kg en dos semanas por mala alimentación entonces podés bajarlo de la misma forma, en un corto peorido.
En cambio cuando es prolongando en el tiempo se hace más difícil bajar de peso

Si vas a perder peso de forma no saludable,y vas en tipo 500 cals al día y te estancas,debes subir a 600 durante una semana,luego a 700 y luego bajarlas abruptamente a 500 de nuevo (no debes mantener siempre las mismas o te estancas)
