Your relaxeer days are so simple in comparison to others.💕 You wear your hair out and it is still long and I never see you trim barely anything off outside of the 'cut it to the white meat' situation you had eons ago. Everyone else has 50 different products, co-wash, protein wash, over proteined washes, underprocessed (texlaxed) routines, grease downs, braid outs, 10 month stretches, and their hair is struggling, they end up with 'set-backs' twice a year, or they don't/won't wear their hair out and happy. What is the whole point in the relaxer if you are gain to struggle for 6 moths and waste your weekend away dealing with two textures (and primarily the unrelaxed portion)? WHY!!!? I swear your channel is underrated. I have seen the proof. It is not supposed to be that hard for someone who doesn't have a license. Pretty hair as always, ma'am.
Hey, EbuniMisses!! 😂😂😂 Your list had me cracking up! Too funny! lol Yes, I just feel that simple is best and it just works for me. 🤷🏾♀️ And I so appreciate your kind comment regarding my channel. Really do. Thank you. ♥️ Have a wonderful rest of the week!

Good day Sister Dolce, I pray that all is well with you. You always do a great job on your hair. It turned out beautiful as always. Stay blessed and have a wonderful week.
Hi Dolce I’ve been waiting on this video forever and I’m so grateful you shared it with us. Your fingers know exactly what to do. I wish I was this good in putting in relaxer. Your hair is so beautiful and healthy. Thanks again for sharing. I know I’ll watch this one again before relaxer day 😊
Hey, Debra! Sorry for keeping you (and others) waiting for so long. I’m very happy you enjoyed the vid. Thank you so much for your patience (and kind words)! ☺️♥️
I'm curious, does the relaxer not burn your hands? I've only ever seen people using gloves to apply. Very thorough and precise application. Well done! Love how you styled the bang in this one.
Hey, BionAvastar3000! Thank you! Outside of my nail temporarily turning slightly yellow right after application, I’ve never really had an issue with the Mild version.
Love your relaxer day❤ videos. Like the other commenter said, you keep it really simple; which is refreshing. One shouldn't have so many hair products....definitely learning that. I'm currently on relaxer break but you best believe that I'm taking notes. I'm given myself a few months and then I'll start relaxing again. Do you use chelating shampoo occasionally due to the no lye relaxer? Curious, did you use any reconstructive treatment after the shampoos. I can always go back to your other old relaxer videos. Thanks!
Thank you so much, yaamo! I’m really happy you enjoyed this. I never had an issue with my no-lye leaving any type of residue or calcium build up on my hair, so I haven’t found the need to use a chelating shampoo. And the only “treatment” I use is Olaplex No 3 a week after I color or relax.

Yes, I know you’re referring to the chemical on my skin/finger. 😉 So when I say I never had an issue, I mean with my finger being damaged/burned with the relaxer (which is mild). ♥

Honest question how do you feel about the lawsuits and recent connections of relaxers to ovarian cancer, thyroid issues, and other health issues? What encourages you to continue relaxing?
Hey, Neisha! I appreciate your question and did a reaction video regarding the recent study regarding hair straighteners if you want a more detailed answer, but I felt the study left more questions than answers and looped in relaxers along with all types of hair straighteners with no distinction. And after 10+ years of the study, they acquiesced that “more research is needed” as they STILL didn’t have impeachable proof connecting relaxers to cancers. After TEN YEARS?! Now they’re looking to get those products with formaldehyde in them banned - which they should. But these, they say, mainly involve keratin-based hair treatments, not the typical relaxer/box relaxer. So, since there has yet to be a concrete connection, I will most likely continue to relax. However, I am curious how the recent lawsuit(s) turn out and how it will shift the whole hair industry- if at all.
Hey! I am not sure if you addressed it already but what do you plan to do once Precise is no longer available? I ordered it from Amazon and now they’re out. Drove to 3 beauty supply stores today and they don’t sell it anymore. Last year I ran out of precise, couldn’t find it so I tried motions and ors…and my hair has been breaking ever since! I just realized it happened once I changed so now I’ll use precise again since I was able to grab a box but I’m worried about when I run out again.
