Nice home! Major respect for the Owner of this property regarding lot price and the fact that the home actually has a nice yard. So many of the tiny home properties are cramming the houses in tight basically like an RV park and I find that to be a shame. All about the money for most of them but whoever owns this property is developing it in a tasteful manner with the homeowner in mind! Very good to see!!

All the added amenities are in the description when you click on the "more" underneath the video. She has added ALOT of extras to this along the way, just like one would do with a regular house.
It takes a different kind of mind set to live in a tiny house. If ya' don't want to be bogged down by a large house and a bunch of un-used rooms, then tiny living is for you.
Some people can't do it, but many can with no problems. I live in a 9×20 myself, and added a large deck. I'm an outside person mostly, so living small works great for me.
I don't think she'll have any problem selling this considering all you have to do is basically move in and possibly make some changes esthetically, if that's their thing.
And the view overlooking the mountais and the lake is absolutely beautiful 👍

I don’t know if this is a Dalton model, but it is the same size and layout, and a new Dalton costs $69,900. So I think it would help to list the added value of the concrete slab and tie downs, the cement (?) skirting, the covered deck, fencing, and appliances. I understand how you could feel like the price is to high. However, the link to the other house that was 50,000 was from 2 years ago and prices all over for all types of items have gone up considerably. The owner of this home has put it on a cement pad. ( not cheap), she has added a cement skirting verses your usual skirting, she has fenced around it and has put down sod. She has also added a deck. Everything that she has done are additional expenses above and beyond the price of the home. So, that is something to consider when you look at the price.

I know the cost of things like labor and materials, and the added amenities and features make the house worth the asking price. And the lot, low rent, and view are priceless. I personalty think that this Dalton model is one of ITH's worst designs, and I would never buy it.

This is not a Dalton model. Built before that was even a model in the lineup. 🏡❤️🏡

@@rhinestonesandwrinkles Okay, but it looks exactly like the Dalton, with the exact same size and floor plan, that they have on the ITH website. The only difference is the owner has added the bathroom sink. In the Dalton video Randy showed, , and on the website, it shows the refrigerator where the W/D is located, which is why I think that so many have commented that the refrigerator extends too far into the living area, as that was not the intended location for the frig.

@@BeDoHave-so8nrI did not add the sink. It came with the house. I put the fridge next to my cooktop, AWAY from the bathroom. Much nicer looking at the fridge than the W/D .

Oh no! $450. a month to rent the lot space? You dont own the lot, but the tiny house is $90,000? Thats way over priced, like a Mobile Home Community, then. Rio off.
