That house is huge and beautiful. So many closets and storage spaces and I like the way you could have a family member living downstairs. Older child or a elderly parent would be close but have privacy in very generous and beautiful space. Thanks for the tour. And your little man is adorable enjoy him now cuz in a blink of an eye their grown.
John, awesome to have you doing a home tour again. I thought you may have moved on to different things, so I was psyched to see you had uploaded this video. By the way, you’ve gotta share the story of how you drenched your socks. I’m guessing it’s pretty funny. Hoping you didn’t ruin your shoes at the same time!
John always seems so enthusiastic about each property he shows, and he has a great eye and appreciation for every little detail. I have never been able to figure out his general preference regarding the type of building: old, new, brick, glass, tall, short, Loop, city neighborhood, suburban. I guess I never will.
Like every person, each property has something that glimmers even if it’s dark. Some are great the way they are and others are a journey of improvement that are more meaningful due to the work invested. The right vehicle depends on the terrain and I think homes follow the same approach. In the city, views and height with minimal space and responsibility. Cookie cutter is economic and often signifies positive transition. I grew up with horses, chickens, bees, cats, and dogs backing up to a forest preserve and if you’re going to be distanced, privacy and nature are the goals with a space that stands out. Ultimately, each home shines for its own reasons and my objective is to find these and bring them into focus.
@@GRAFFTRealEstate First of all, I know you're very busy so there is no need to reply to this! 😁 What you say is so true! You have a wonderful, healthy philosophy! Every property has something good about it, if we have eyes to see. Really enjoy your videos (including the "My Chicago" ones).
We have. They forced us to take it down after giving us permission to film there. It was cool when the world was locked down but as soon as it wasn’t they locked down anyone promoting the building hit themselves. It had one of our highest vph (views per hour) of any video we ever posted. Email me and I’ll send you a link - John@ChicagoRealEstate.io
Other than showing real estate, what else would you like to know/see?
When you show condos, please share what those monthly HOA fees are. ;)
We will have them in the comments and add to the screen too. Thanks for the feedback.
Gorgeous home! I love Ranch style homes especially with lower levels.
Showing your son in that shot awww he is so adorable so adorable I forgot about the tour 🤣 congratulations John😁
SO glad you're back to showing real estate videos! Love your tours, man
