What a stunning gem in the middle of the city. I love when you can find such peace in the city. Contrary to other opinions, the length was perfect to showcase many aspects of the building.
This is a big 🍆 property in the best location in Lakeview. In between the lake (boats 🚤, golf ⛳, etc) & Broadway which has beautiful people everywhere.
Wow, the HOA fee alone is ten times my HOA fee (for a condo) and three times my mortgage (obviously, I don't live in Chicago). On the other hand, my entire condo is smaller that this building's total closet space. What a great place, though! I love seeing buildings like this. Real character, great finishes and design, and impeccably staged. Ten out of ten.
This place is hideous and absolutely not worth 2 million. Even with all the square footage it feels confined and cramped with the small loving spaces and very low ceiling heights - notice the camera person does not show wide angled shots or pans up to the ceilings. The extra bedrooms are tiny. Why would you need a live-in housekeeper here it not a big enough property? - makes no sense. All of the fixtures and finishes in the bathrooms and kitchen just seems outdated and not "timeless" to me. The only thing I like about this property is the parking and lake front access to Belmont harbor.
It's hard to keep someone's attention for 40 minutes. C'mon y'all, this is a beautiful property, but this home tour was too long. See you in the next one.
This is the kind of content that needs time. This is a unique space, interesting details, packed in history, it would be a disservice to try and compress all this to what 10 minutes? It's ok to linger on some tours, it's ok to leave that microwave mentality behind. I thoroughly enjoyed learning so much about this property. @@GRAFFTRealEstate
Awesome video. Both of the speakers were incredibly articulate. Fantastic home !!!
I enjoyed this another beautiful one especially the kitchen I guess you know by now I am a kitchen kinda girl 😃👏🏾🔥
Man this property is... beyond amazing, and plus the location? Are you serious? Totally deserves a 40-minute showcase.

Good feedback. I think two people can create that problem.
Too long, too much chat.
I think so

Yeah, that’s way way overpriced. That place is a 2000s dump
