For anyone unaware, that employee said she was fired and also blacklisted. She can never work at any Waffle House again. That's unfortunate. It was self defense. Edit: I've received so many responses. Yes of course she can do better. Yes of course she can work anywhere. The point is in this story it was about injustice and blacklisting her for no reason.

The few times I've gone to a Waffle House the employees have always been sweet and nice with us. Usually very respectful and calling us honey or darling. I hate seeing them get treated this way because customers are drunk, disrespectful, can't be patient and start treating the chef like shit. She makes your food, be respectful. She did great defending herself just sucks she had to. I watched her video telling her side of the story and definitely gave more details to what happened. She chose to leave after a bit but sucks she got blacklisted from W.H. when she tried to work elsewhere.
They look like clubbers. I worked security at a waffle house that had the club crowd come in. They were very annoying.
@@JohnSmith-wx9wj Yeah in her video she said they were the last call crowd. Most clubs were shutting down by then. The area they were in was closed off but they ignored it and sat down eithwr way. Kept pestering the staff for their water and food when the whole store was busy. There were people ahead of them but kept demanding their stuff now. Totally agree most club crowds can be annoying, manners fly out the window when intoxicated.

@@16gauge90 Facts. I was (indirectly) shot at, at one. Sitting, talking to one of my former college roommates (he wanted some sweet tea from there for some reason), catching up. I heard a loud pop, felt something hit me on the side of my face, and then heard the sound of glass shattering. I turn and see all of the black folks on the floor (we were the only white people there) and my friend and I are still sitting on our stools at the bar/countertop area confused, looking around, as to what happened. It took a second before we saw the window...the bottom part of the glass had a distinct hole in it. No idea where the bullet went. Didn't care. We booked it out of there. Oh...and that thing that hit me in the face was a tiny shard of glass that flew about 30 feet to where we were sitting. Fun times.

Waffle House is open 24 hrs, and the people showing up after 1am on weekends as they get out of the clubs drunk and acting crazy goes off the charts. I've seen some wild stuff go down after 1am at Waffle House in the past. The last few years it's way worse. Those Waffle House workers who work the overnight shift on weekends are bad ass take no shit hard core warriors. They have to be otherwise you won't survive it here in the Atlanta area.

At both Walmart and Waffle House, employees are instructed to NOT get involved and just call law enforcement if there's a safety issue. So any videos of you see where employees get physical, it's entirely on their own will and not part of their job description.

I had friends that were NYC night club promoters in the early 2000 to 2015. They would take really long leases to get great rent and when their club lost it's appeal they would start doing hip hop. Before long there were shootings and brawls and the landord would beg them to leave which got them out of their leases. It was genius and never failed.
