Wow that's wild! Do you have a link to your game? I thought I would be the only one to go in this direction but it turns out there's quite a few games that had the same idea :')
I jusut checked out your game too, that's wild that we both went with the same concept. You did some of the things I wanted in my game too but didn't have time for, like having an in game map to reference the locations. Nice work!
I thought it started in may 1st but i still saw the theme, I decided to make a tower defense game where you are dogs who have to kill the mail men before the get to the mail box. I'm still working on that game.
One thing I forgot to mention in the video is that the source code for this game is freely available under the MIT license, if you'd like to check it out: github.com/hacktic-dev/ReturnToSender Be sure to let me know your high score in the comments :)
Wild, we both made Papers Please-inspired games called Return To Sender. Your game looks great!

Great video, Im in pre-production stage for a final paper about adhd, and I have to make a game about it. This video gave me some new ideas!
Gave it a try, I couldn't close the info boxes which was a shame, but the actual gameplay is fun lol
For me the info boxes cluttering up your workspace was part of the 'fun' :D Put if I ever release a patch, I will add a way to close them.
slough is not a real place
I always admire people who develop such a beautiful game in such a short time.
I got $ 0.57 haha, game looks great!
Can you make tutorial how to make this time of games for beginners? Or if you know this tutorial give a link, because I am looking for and can't find.
