Great workout! There is a good variety of exercises at a good tempo. Some of the exercises were just too complicated for me - like kick, kick, kick, etc. And then suddenly add in big step every fifth. Now add in two big steps every twelfth - yeah, I've got it wrong, just like when I was doing it physically. I do what I can and whine - the latter uses calories if I use enough volume. Big thanks for the closed captioning; I sincerely appreciate the inclusion and accessibility. Thank you so much!
