This is the (best free skate ever in history) but judges did not give him full marks on any element b/c Feds wanted US boy to win so they underscored him to make room for US boy to make 1/2 mistakes but he made SO many mistakes and they had no choice but to give Yuzu the gold medal, same thing happened at 2018 Olympics, Yuzu won without being Feds fav, while being underscored/injured...
He's the greatest, most complete figure skater of all time. Continuing as a Pro athlete, looking forward to his first ONE MAN ice show "Prologue" on Nov 4/5 and Dec 2/3/5 🥰
Yuzu was 22 at that time. Now he's 27, in december 28. And he's not tall. He is 173 cm. Wearing skates add about 8 cm to height.
He just has the perfect body proportions for figure skating, long legs and arms. Yuzuru is the best figure skater ever. He won everything that was possible, including two Olympic golds in 2014 and 2018, two world Champion in 2014 and 2017, 4 GPF Champion, and many many more. He won a Super Slam as the only male figure skater in history. He won all major competitions when he was a junior and senior.
Yuzu is not only handsome man, but he has a pure soul and heart. He is incredibly humble, kind and polite, despite all his accomplishments. Yuzu is a gift from heaven. Beautiful inside and out. He retired in July 2022, he is now a pro skater and will soon have his own show.
Its impossible not to love him.

My first and ever fav skater in mens division. The first time i saw him is when hes i think 16 or 17 when he did Romeo and Juliet. He is like an actor bec he skate with emotions.
I know he's so handsome and cute. But yet his skills is honestly the best of all time!!

Greatest figure skater of all times. This performance is from 2017. He has so many incredible competitive programs that have made history. You may also want to check some of his recent programs performed at ice shows: Ashura-chan at Stars on Ice 2023 and 'IF' at Fantasy On Ice 2023. Also, his programs from GIFT, the solo Ice Show he had in February in a sold out Tokyo Dome (35k people). You will see how different his programs are, from classical music, Japanese inspired music, to pop and rock.

This is probably my favorite reaction video of Yuzu. Most people exaggerate their reaction which come off kinda forced, so I liked that you didn't pay attention to technicalities since you mentioned that you don't have knowledge of it but focused more on his artistic side and musicality. Kudos to that! You also tried to capture his emotions in between which I appreciated the most. Yuzu is just phenomenal and I love that you didn't fake this reactions. Awww, that day in 2017 was my first encounter with Yuzu as well and I still remember being FLOORED in front of the TV... and yes, I just got as emotional as you watching this... never thought skating could touch one like this.

You can first try to check out his short program in which he broke his first Olympic record which was in Sochi 2014, aged 18, in which he was the first man to break the 100 point barrier. Soon after, his second Olympics, in which he also took a gold medal and broke a record once again in his short program, getting about 111 points. These are Chopin Ballade and Seimei Pyeongchang 2018.
