I don't have TikTok, I stumbled upon your video looking for Hanyu videos. The scenes in the video you watched are taken from a multitude of different contexts.
0:46 this is a jump during the gala that concluded the Japanese national championship, a competition that Hanyu won by inflicting enormous gaps on the opponents (not bad skaters, in the space of three months they would have won silver and Olympic bronze and world gold and silver). There are six types of jumps, this is a quadruple toe loop, the simplest type of jump. The hardest jumps anyone has ever performed are quadruple, so among the really difficult jump this is the easiest. Here Hanyu was tired and not yet fully healed from an ankle injury, and he had to save the landing.
