the railgun is a line of sight weapon and does not have course correct teach. if it has a range of 100 miles how can you target the enemy over a 6 mile earth curve?

When aliens show up I'm going to be super upset when a old politician with crappy naming schemes introduces humans as "Earthlings" which will catch on immediately and we won't have a chance to change it, instead of the much cooler name "Terrans" popularized by Starcraft and also means earthling in Latin. Seriously, adding lings to the end of a name just makes us sound like pests.

@@floridanews8786 yeah but who knows if we're a warrior race compared to aliens. We evolved on a survival of the fittest evolution, we're aggressive and warlike klingon species. Whos to say we don't become conquerors all over again if we get our hands on space tech. If so, thats probably a reason why aliens are staying far from us and also earthlings is not a good name for warrior species if we do manage to get out there. but then again, humans have been described as space orcs.

V22's been around for at least 40 years, but it's still cool. I'm 70 don't need any light bending I disappeared several years ago. It seems by the time you get to this age no one notices anyway.
