My late Father worked with the British Army in the Communications Sector (Royal Signals), when we lived in Gloucester in the UK and passed a Communications Center there known as the Doughnut, he often mentioned going inside, however when I asked him about a secretive base called Menwith Hill, famous for its large Golf Ball shaped listening devices - he would not discuss it.

My wife served for 18 years. Sending to British & NATO bases & vessels around the globe. As she attained higher ranks, she dealt with top secret & diplomatic bags. Now as obscure places crop up on tv, she says "I sent stuff there, had too look it up on a map".
People think Area 51 is so secret….. there’s other bases that make that look like a tourist destination
We all know it's to deflect attention away from area 52.
I think that the main reason the US government doesn't want anybody knowing what goes on inside of those buildings at Area 51 is because of the experimentations that they're doing on people who go missing, and the same thing applies to the underground base in Dulce, New Mexico. Area 51 has more underground levels than people know about, seven levels to be exact.

Not saying there’s not facilities for the situations you mentioned, but I doubt it’s there. They didn't mention schriever Air Force Base east of Colorado springs which is an underground missile base with 90% of their Buildings underground with security as tight as you can ever get it. Absolutely no cell phones permitted. Where if you're a contractor you are escorted everywhere. If one person needs to use the bathroom everybody else waits outside with their military escort.

As someone who works in the government, the reality is the bases that are kept secret from the public don’t end up in a RUclips video 😂 and if for whatever reason one did manage to be put online, that video would be pulled very quickly and the creator would be gone for a while as they investigated how that person knew about their classified base and most likely their RUclips channel would be pulled as well

I was stationed at Dugway Proving Ground from 2012 - 2014. I was at the shopette/gas station on the base and while standing in line I was chatting with a truck driver who had just dropped a load way out in a restricted area. He told me about some sort of secret ammo that could go around corners. I think there's a movie with that in it. Then once around 9:30am we heard those very loud sirens that seem to come out of the sky. They went on for about one minute. I could tell they were coming from the west which is were the super secret restricted areas are. There are several videos about those mysteriously loud siren sounds. . .
I live in Magna which is just east of there & Ive seen the TR3B (Black Triangle) coming from there, to the SW of Salt Lake, then taking off to the South, but not at full capability(from what Ive seen) & had heard Dugwqy (Area 52) was an underground base for TR3B's........could you possibly confirm or deny? If not, totally understandable.......

A bunch of us friends who served at Olavsvern in the 80s have chuckled over seeing it on this list of "top secret bases" that governments supposedly don't want us to know about. I frequently took the bus back there after spending a night's leave in Tromsø, and there it was, Olavsvern, right on the bus schedule. Seems like a severe security breach. 🤣
Of course, like with all military installations, photography was not allowed. I often felt that the small entrance to the huge installation inside the mountain seemed like a good site for a villain's lair in a James Bond movie.

I visited the entrance of Olavsvern in the late 90s while on a submarine deployment. The security guards didn't to mind us looking around as long as we didn't take ony photos. Pretty typical protocol. The entrance did not seem to be big enough for a particularly large ship or sub to fit into.

No mention of the underground base at Ft. Ritchie. A stone throw from Camp David. (Jesse Ventura voice). Coincident? I think not!
Diego Garcia is so narrow, being an atoll, that the airport runway and hangars take up the broadest part of the atoll, and other buildings for the base take up a lot of the rest. Barracks are on the beach. The rest of the island is pretty uninhabitable or too narrow for anything else. It is a distribution base, which would take up plenty of space. There just isn't enough room, nor would it be safe to conduct any secret experiments, particularly since the Atoll is so small, even a small mistake in an experiment could potentially affect everyone on the atoll.
I wouldn't be shocked if real aliens are in some of those secret bases. Not one bit.

The funny thing about Area 51 is that I don't believe that it was ever meant to be a "secret". Sure the security is tight because prototype top secret air craft are tested there. There are some interesting contradictions at Area 51. Watch any show on TV that investigates the place. They will most likely show a sign on the edge of the public property that says that any photography is strictly prohibited. Now look at every time we get an official story about Area 51. For example the development of the SR-71 where former employee's openly admitted working there and what was going on for the Nat Geo channel. These employees had photographs to back up their story. The same thing happened with the F-117. No photography, but we get pics of that aircraft taken inside the base. With all of the stories of how tight the security is at Area 51, nobody is sneaking a chance to take a good quality pic and then smuggling out the film. These pictures are allowed to happen even though at the time that they were taken the aircraft were "top secret". Area 51 seems to me like the place where the aircraft that were meant to be seen by the public get tested, before they are officially seen by the public. Any really secret aircraft development is probably taking place somewhere else, and there is absolutely no pictures being taken of what's being worked on.
There are always official photos taken by the military to document their activities. The photos are often classified but later declassified and released, such as those of the SR-71.
There is a huge number of secret nuclear shelters in the world of all sizes!

I was a Hospital Corpsman in the Navy. I was a Preventive Medicine Technician. I once went to a restricted area to help find how mice were getting in the building and in the walls. I guess they were chewing on wires or whatever.
While it was a serious health and hygiene problem because mice can cary disease and spread it from their excrement. I had to investigate mouse poop in the only restricted access area I was asked to visit.
I'm not sure about the nondescript building, but they definitely had a mouse infestation. We helped them set traps and told them not to eat lunch at their desks.
I can neither confirm or deny whether or not these rodents had alien origins.

USA military base in the party island of Mykonos, Greece 🇬🇷. I live there and found out there was a part of the island totally inaccessible to civilians almost a mini Area 51 hidden amongst the rocky hillside facing Libya
There is an underground nuclear bunker near where I live. Locals often joke about the road sign which says "Secret Bunker" with an arrow helpfully indicating it's direction! However it has been decommissioned a number of years now.

I came here because of a dream I had. I dreamt of a base that was nestled between mountains and you got to this base by train underwater or a very loooong hike. It was hidden so well that the closest towns had no idea it was there. They had a store in it just like cities have. A convenient store like kum & go. Everyone was dressed in military clothes. They ran back and forth on 6 wheelers and it had a giant airplane, bigger than any plane I've ever seen with several tires and multiple engines on this plane and they were evacuating this base and just leaving everything in it. Some snuck into this base but none cared because something bad was happening and they were all learning in that huge plane. The closest airplane that I can find that looked like the one I saw in my dream was the antonov 225. Oh yeah, they had small bears in the surrounding forests and these bears had tails

Surprise. There is a government agency that does EMP testing on all kinds of things. You might be surprised at the results of these tests. Autos do pretty well. Certain specialized buildings in the banking, finance and insurance industry are well protected. Some bit utilities take EMP seriously. Smaller ones are hit and miss. Home and business computers or anything with long unprotected cable runs not so much. The cables act like an antenna to capture and amplify the EMP. The military tests equipment during development for resistance to all manner or electromagnetic hazards. Anything that can withstand the concentrated electromagnetic emissions of the radars and communications antennas on the superstructure of an aircraft carrier will be highly resistant to EMP. Think about all the antennas and high powered emitters the military uses. Their equipment has to function in a truly harsh electromagnetic environment.
