- Season 1 of XDefiant was teased earlier today but there was quite a bit to see in a span of a 2 minute teaser. We had a chance to see a handful of new content including our new GSK Faction, Devices, Maps, Weapons, and Modes. Ranked Icons are coming... but is it for Prestige Ranks or Ranked Play?

Season 1 is looking quite fun. Admittedly I’m still a little worried about having a second shield in the game but as an Ultra it should be used less. What do you think about the new weapon choices?

I definitely forget that people haven’t played R6 siege because prestige sounded so shocked that you could use the secondary with the flash shield when that’s just blitz normal kit in R6 siege. And then they just ported the shock wire and jagers ads from seige as the secondary gadgets which will be cool to see them in a different game.
The ability is from Rainbow 6 Siege Prestige!!
makes me happy that the REAL infinity ward still lives on with xdefiant

Sawed off shotgun is very likely a shotgun to use as a secondary instead of a sidearm.
Exactly, thats what it probably is, its so obvious, funny how alot of people are missing that.

Not to mention Bandit’s shock wire. It’s all of GSG9 abilities except IQ, whose ability would be semi-useless in Xdef.
@@ClipCrew thank you. Totally didn’t pick up on that. IQ would be useless in XDefiant. My only thought would be to see the spiderbot on the ground. Even then, not too hard to deal with those

The new ultimate ability with shield is exactly like Blitz from Rainbow Six Siege. I personally wish they added Buck or someone without a shield 😅

I feel like the Sawed off shotgun is gonna end up being a secondary. Also dod anyone notice when the trailer shows the 1st person view of shooting over the shield for the GSK, the top of the screen shows what looks like it could be a TDM symbol?
Sawed Off Shotguns are likely the 3rd Gun, but there will be a Akimbo attachment you can Unlock to make them different.
Awesome to see them giving more content just to do, while giving the people what they ask for

Already is Black Ops 6 has everything you could as for in an FPS and more. Old COD revitalized. There’s sweats in every game that’s inescapable. This game is done respectfully.

But xdefiant IS a cod clone. The main sellingpoint of the game is that its more like cod then actual new cod is.
Have you played Rainbow Six Siege before? If not, woul definitely recommend it although its more slower paced
I did at launch years ago but when they added so many characters I felt left behind because it wasn’t my main game

Yeees! All I’ve wanted was a one life game mode! They had it in one of the betas so I was super sad to not see it at the drop.
Prestige mode? Sold.
I remember a time when a game would drop with all the game modes already in it and didn't just remove them and bring them back later several times during the year... Not CALLing out any particular game. I am enjoying this game, but the net code has been rough on me. I hear "tink tink tink tink tink tink tink" then I'm dead and I only actually hit one shot on their end. I have been killed by enemies I am shooting in the back and they don't even turn around on my screen. Seems to be like a little over a second delay.
Super glad rainbow six siege is the first thing to make its way into the game.

Not long at all prestige has a few golds unlocked he even got a shotgun to level 100 you just gotta get more kills its 35 to 40 kills per level you can cut that in half with double xp

Who cares if they add new weapons u won’t be able to hit players with them cause of the god awful hit direction, lag or all the bunny hopping around at superhuman lvl speeds. 🤣this game is dog💩 and will be absolutely obliterated by BO 6… That game is going to be absolutely incredible!.. Treyarch has had 4 years and they r the only great studio left making CoD. ….xdefiant doesn’t even have TDM at launch 🤣 …bare bones free-2-play garbage. I’m surprised they aren’t charging players for modes or something 🤣
