Eggers is probably the only director I think has a good shot at making this genuinely scary. I've seen any number of vampires that range from the badass to the sympathetic to the comical, but I've never seen one that truly feels like an unholy abomination. There were so many scenes in the VVitch and the Northman that sound ridiculous when you describe them, but were genuinely chilling and impressive when you watch them because of how brilliantly directed the scenes were. I really hope he brings the same magic here, and reminds us why vampires became the horror icon that they are.
Cool. This looks good. Interesting note though, that the original was actually a Dracula story, but couldn't get the rights. (if I am remembering correctly,) hence why it is called Nosferatu. I also really loved Shadow of the Vampire with William Defoe and John Malkovich. Max Schreck was an awesome realistic vampire.
@@c4pt4in111 It was changed because the makers couldn't get the right from Bram Stoker's family, which is what made it such a great movie. Why make another "Dracula" rehash?

If only Argento had done it. What the hell happened to him?
He... is...coming. Merry Christmas, everyone 😁
I hope this is better than the last voyage of the Demeter
The giant shadow of his hand looming over London is beautiful, thank you Mr Eggers and your crew
I hope it's amazing. The first was a masterpiece, the remake by Herzog was a masterpiece, anything short of a masterpiece will be a let down

Even if it's just another dracula movie, it'll be nice to see another version of the original story, like Bram Stokers Dracula
Wait does this mean Renfield and Nosferatu are in the same timeline?
Did Robert Eggers just make the ultimate vampire movie? Wow! Let's see!!!
Can’t wait for green goblin vs vanpire
Welcome Nosferatu 🙏🏻😈🔥
Fun fact, Nosferatu spelled backwards is Utarefson, which means bald vampire in Swedish.
You’re Welcome
