Have you tried looking into your hormones cuz that's what I'm doing because my doctor noticed that in me and I'm like yeah try telling that to the doctors they say nothing's wrong. She's like so concerned I'm like yeah I told you. But I also noticed that like you if I don't set myself up for success I have anxiety
Yes! I feel the exact same on work day mornings - i have to get up an entire hour before work starts (that wfh life) and just have a morning - make breakfast, coffee, put the dishes away, cat things, watch some GMA, then im ready for work!

I’ve been thinking about ways to manage morning anxiety, and one tip that might be really helpful is limiting caffeine and sugar intake, especially in the morning. I know it’s tempting to start the day with a strong cup of coffee or something sweet, but both caffeine and sugar can actually heighten anxiety. They can make you feel jittery, increase your heart rate, and even cause a crash later that can worsen anxiety symptoms.
