Tisha, you're an extremely hard working and dedicated woman and you deserve all the success that's coming your way and more. However, just a piece of advice from an internet friend, i know you want to push yourself to stick to the video schedule you have now but if you don't find time to take care of yourself and address your own needs, eventually youtube and this community will just feel like a burden. If you need to lessen the video output to find time for yourself, address your needs and have some sort of balance in your life, THEN DO IT. We'll be here. We come back for YOU. I wish i could give you a hug and tell you its okay to prioritize yourself and not get swept up in the hustle culture in NYC. Wishing you lots of love and luck friend.
Just wanted to say, you're really cramming a lot in to everyday, no wonder you're exhausted! It's wonderful that you've recognised that something has to change and you're listening to your body. I'm a women's counsellor and this is a topic my clients and I talk about often! Maybe figure out the pain points in your day (what is hardest? Where do you feel most squeezed? Where do you wish you could have some room to breathe?). And then brainstorm some ideas to work around or reduce. Some things may just need to go. You can't do it all. 😊. I also like to talk about values and if what you are actually spending time on is congruent with your values. Sounds like mostly you need more sleep. Don't get so caught up in your daily routines that they come at the expense of rest. Love watching your honest vlogs all the way from Australia.

If you have a store like this close by, I would recommend to try it out. Also i wear orthotics with these shoes.

Just from watching your channel, you seem to have some time management problems. You are staying up and eating/working out way too late. That’s why you struggle to get up in the morning. I’m not a morning person but I can’t have that chaos starting my day. Good luck on finding a better balance.

I love the silver set 😅😅
Coffee was something i had to cut out because it made my anxiety worse
I used to drink 4 cups of coffee in the past …. Now I have decreased to 2 or 1 because of my anxiety.
There are few days when I do 3 or 4 but those are exceptions 😬
I should probably keep it at 1.
Sweet dreams dear one. You and Jhaape give me great joy. Take care of yourself. 🌹🌈🌹🌈🌹🌈💙🐕💙🐾💙🐶💙💙
Thank you so much & take care 💗🐶🙏🏽
You have a very busy schedule, but you're doing great 👍 ❤ Either dress was very pretty, hop you relaxed and had fun !!😊
Thank you so much! We had an amazing time ❤️
You deserve more subscribers!!
I was thinking the same thing.
Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
I hope you wear the pink gown 😍 Yes, you will improve your anxiety with a new routine. Maybe batch cook so you can reheat your dinners. That actor is from Game of Thrones, I just finished watching that series. 🤣
Game of thrones was one of fave series!! he is :))
Thank you for the recs ❤️
nice video
Thank you :)
Thank you for keeping it real! 🤗 The struggle of keeping up a routine and ensuring all tasks get knocked out in a day is a lot! Add to you YT and thats just more to juggle!
While nothing anyone says helps, knowing that there is another on the 'morning anxiety' boat with me makes it easier to wade through 😅
Thank you for the support! We both got this ❤️
You do so much walking. What type of shoe do you wear walking around the city and up your stairs? I have foot problems and looking for something comfortable.
This is the one I wear- www.on.com/en-us/products/cloud-x-3-60/womens/black-shoes-60.98696
I went to a store where they will ask you to run on a treadmill and based on scanning machine they recommended me these shoes. If you have a store like this close by, I would recommend to try it out. Also i wear orthotics with these shoes.

I'm getting used to your living room with the couch over on that wall now :). I like it. I can't wait for you to get a big rug so you and Jhappe can be cozy in the fall and winter. 🤗🏠🐕
hopefully we will start with decorating soon ❤️
Hi Tisha happy Sunday night to you and I enjoy your channel and you are amazing supporter
In my early 30-40’s were very busy as well. It is good you are so self aware. ❤❤
🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
ENJOYED 💜💜💜
Yay ❤❤❤
Hope you can figure out how to change your routine so you are less stressed.🙏💚💜
Thank you Bonnie ❤️🙏🏽
Oh gosh. I understand the anxiety. I have severe panic attacks. I try to breathe through them. But I do take a medication to help.
I am so sorry ❤️ I am glad to hear that medications have been helping
Just from watching your channel, you seem to have some time management problems. You are staying up and eating/working out way too late. That’s why you struggle to get up in the morning. Then you are not giving yourself enough time to get ready for the day. Rolling out of bed and logging straight into work isn’t giving your brain time to wake up and start the day. It’s tough I know! I’m not a morning person but I can’t have that chaos starting my day. Good luck on finding a better balance.
I do and I acknowledge that I need to make changes. Trying to slowly get there 🙏🏽
You incredibly relatable ...with the plan for the day we wish to accomplish and the stuff we actually manage to get done 😊
so much to do so less time 😅😅😅
A few months ago I was waking up with anxiety. Such an awful feeling especially if you don’t know the why. I overcame it. Hope you’re doing well. Seeing your beautiful baby makes me want to get one. 😊
I am glad to hear that you are feeling better ☀️. Getting jhaape is one of my best decisions
@@TishaShrestha yes I haven’t had an episode in awhile. I did contact a breeder in my area and she has 3 (2 f 1 male). I decided to wait until mid September to get him or her. If they’re still available.
Why do u look depressed? You are a courageous woman...stay strong ❤
Thank you ❤
That silver outfit was stunning on you!!!
Thank you 😊
And sitting down a lot and standing a lot can cause a lot of issues with that
Hii babe, where is your blue gym set from please ? :) loved the vlog xxx
Hey!! Thank you 💗 The one I was wearing in the vlog where I was biking is from Pulse Fitness. The one I am wearing in this vlog is from Buffbunny. Majority of my workout clothes are from Buffbunny and Lululemon
Sunday vlog, very good.
Hope you enjoyed it ❤️
I really think my juice would taste better if I drink it from a Manhattan glass! Thank you for describing/explaining your morning anxiety because I didn’t realize it can feel like that
Haha :)) drinking from a fancy glass always makes it better!!
Also thank you for being here ❤️
Youre trying to pack in too much. Please try to simplify your life. I hate to see you worn out like this. Love your vlog.
Thank you! Need to focus on letting go & simplifying my life

Hey!! Thank you ❤️
@@TishaShrestha You're very welcome! 🥰
I like your videos
Thank you 🙏🏽
I just love when you vlog while in the city and cooking your meals! The quick stir fry looks yummy, I’ll definitely want to do something like that for when school starts next month and will be limited with my time ❤️
good luck with the new chapter ❤️

My favorite dress for the MOVIE premier EVENT is the Beautiful black dress with white ruffle top. Formal and timeless! Tisha, you look superb and beautiful!! IMHO Hope you had a wonderful time. 💕
Tisha I don't know I don't know what to say I mean you wore your leggings inside out so so I don't think I can watch your your channel anymore I mean this is a real disappointment to me. 😂😂😂😂😂
Hahahaha sorry for the disappointment. I was very tired 😅
@@TishaShrestha it was a joke lol 😂 because you said your pants were inside out. Everything I wear is always inside out.
@@TishaShrestha but really be safe! You and your peeps are always super cute on the scene. Don't walk alone at night.... I lived in New York City for 15 years and you know girl it's only gotten worse
@@JenesaKlinei did read it as a joke :)))
@@JenesaKline also ditto 😬
I cannot wait to go to the doctor's appointment I want to tell you this right now I'm all over the place I'm really good at my job though but then when it comes to me I have a hard time with things. And my anxiety is all over the place. And I'll be 50 next year and I'm done with this. I finally found a doctor that's going to help me. So I'm already on thyroid medication I have Lupus and I have a cyst on my ovaries.. I don't know if you can tell I'm super excited about all of that LOL but the point is is that we're going to try to figure out how to help me with this. And who knows how I could feel after being diagnosed and treated. She is really going to look in depth at my gut and my labs and my bladder and she's going to do ultrasounds and EKGs Doppler I forgot what it's called now but she's going to test the blood flow and how my pulses in my legs. And some other tests I'm not familiar with. But anyways I would really look into mdvip
Oh no!!! Thank so much for sharing 🙏🏽 I hope you they will figure out soon. Wishing all the best ❤️❤️❤️

Love all your event outfits Tisha, especially the black and white dress. Hope you get some more downtime in the evenings, you are cramming so much into them and sleep is being pushed to the back burner.
Check out a few tutorials on how to do a french twist (you will need bobby pins). Once you get the hang of it, it look sooo good!
I’m just curious, does it not bother your downstairs neighbor when you are up until 1am? I know the walls and floors are paper thin in our building.
I don’t really hear my downstair neighbors. Plus I am not too loud at night. The only time I hear my neighbor on my floor is in the bathroom :)
NYC apartments are older and most likely built so much better than current free standing apartments! I adore your channel.
To the government agency name NSA in a government build name Park on street name Fifth Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, United States and to new york , united states the big apple
I wish youd do some decorating in your apartment. Not a fan of the black dress with the white ruffles. Also loved the rainy day part of the vid.
We will hopefully start decorating in upcoming weeks/months 🙏🏽
