When I was his age and a looker, if a man who was flirting began doing witty impressions of rich and powerful jerks I would have been VERY interested. Like, "He's pleasant looking, seems nice and...WOW. He has a brain and a wicked sense of humor, I *must* get to know him!"🖖✌
This guy is great at impressions, but he needs a lot of work as a comedian. His commentary in between the impressions leaves a lot to be desired. His jokes are tired and predictable. He frequently yells for no reason. He doesn’t seem comfortable speaking in his own voice. He might be good in a political sketch based comedy, but I don’t see him being anything more than a novelty doing stand up. Every time he pops up in an interview, he’s insufferable. He reminds me of improv comics that don’t know when to “turn off” their act. They frequently can’t read a room. Like Thomas Middleditch from the show, Silicon Valley. While he may be good as an actor, he’s utterly exhausting in any other context. It gets old fast.
